Goods were properly packed in existing shipping box and yet the product arrived damaged!!! So that you get 1 star and that is the worst that courier can do is arrive damaged in my opinion.

Booking made on line not through Footscray. Very easy to set up and great tracking provided by DHL (subcontractors) all the way from collection till in my hands. Fast too! Highly recommended.

Very happy with how fast it was delivered to my client.
Although I'm very disappointed in the fact I stayed Home all day for the box to be collected and No one came. I was only told to then take it in to pack n send myself. No discount was given not even an apogy was given I just found it to be very lazy.
In saying that the fast delivery to my client after I had dropped the item of at pack and send was amazing.
From now on I think I will drop it off to pack n send myself to save the headache.

Our online service is a basic DIY platform and is a 9am to 5pm collection and unfortunately if this doesn't happen, we need to be contacted so we can rebook the carrier for the following day. For definite courier collection, can we suggest contacting a local Pack & Send store who can assure the goods are collected; saves any waiting times. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

Really straightforward service, easy to get all the documentation in order, happy with the simple and efficient drop-off service, and delivery was prompt and fully tracked.
