Big surprise
I had no choice but to have items I bought at an auction (Burns) in Victoria packed and sent by this business. I had to pay over $200 in postage and handling ... I must say they went over and beyond what I had experienced from previous Franchised P&S businesses. My items came in 2 packages on different days.
Communication and care for postage was second to none.

Great Staff to deal with and above all I couldn't believe how quick my parcel got to America to my customer, even he was amazed at the delivery time. Price to ship it was very reasonable also.
Will use them again for sure.

I sent ceramic tiles, not only did they get there the next day, but they were all intact. We were all really happy. Thank you so much. I would use you again, you collected from my home and delivered to the destination for about the same price as Australia Post, but Im sure I would not be writing the same review to them.
