Lilly has always been efficient, knowledgeable and friendly in all my dealings with her at your Botany office.

quick and easy booking / pick up.. one part of package arrived broken so going through the insurance/warranty process atm, so will keep u updated on efficiency of process..

Hi Matthew. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, our Online Self-Service System prohibits personal effect being sent online. Personal effects need to be declared accurately and require additional forms for customs clearance to avoid having duties and taxes charged. This service is only available through our Service Centres.
