The order was split into 2 parcels. My thoughts were that the Balabushka CUE would be expedited.
No matter, I received Cue several days, after the Cue Case.

I couldn't wait to use the cue. went to our club to used it and it was amazing. It is smooth, can control the game better than before....the cue is awesome I love it.

I recive all o order as described.. leaving 4 star only case the product ship after 7 day's..with that been said i call and they was very polite and friendly, took care of it immediately.

The shaft is very good but I’m not impressed about the tips

Beautiful cue with name engraved and a nice case also with name. Delivery was much quicker than expected. It'll be a nice birthday gift for my son.

I ordered some joint protectors and cleaning products and they all work great

I received my pool cue a little sooner than expected, and that was great! The quality is great, and I really do love playing with it. It is my new regular cue. However, I was hoping to get a 19 or 20 ounce. They state on their website that you cannot choose, and you only get what they ship. So, it is what it is. I’m surprised how much I do like the 18 ounce I received, but it would have been nice to choose.

Excellent products and services

The cue apparently shipped from a separate location, and had shipped when a customer service person said it hadn't. It's a great cue though, and overall it was a satisfactory experience.

Everything came as described only reason it isn't 5 stars is it took 3days from warehouse before usps could pick it up and ship

It took 9 days to print my initials on the cue case, and ship the order. The extra Lucasi shaft I ordered could have been shipped immediately, but they waited to ship both the case and the shaft together, so it took two weeks to get them after I had placed the order.

Given that nearly everything you offer is out of stock, I would have thought printing my initials on the case would have taken an afternoon, and the order would have been shipped the day after I placed the order. For comparison sake, after I had been told on three different occasions that a cue I wanted to purchase was due in in the next few days, and after three weeks of waiting, I was finally told that you had no idea when the cues would arrive until you got a shipping notice from the manufacturer (Joss), I ordered a cue from one of your competitors. I had the shaft turned to a smaller diameter, the butt cap engraved, and a different tip put on the cue. They shipped the cue the day after I had placed the order. Also, I have written to Ozone on three or four occasions complaining that there is no way to populate my wish list, and I have yet to get a response, and the website still has no place to "click" to have a product added to my wish list. The instructions tell the reader to click where it says "add to wish list", but that location does not exist on your website. I like your store, and the range of quality items you carry, but your management of the website and communication with your customers is poor.

Thank you! The one cue was slightly longer than the box it came in. I believe this caused some damage, or it was already warped. Just informing, but overall happy, and the item is still usable.

I have been ordering from this company for over a dozen years but over last year or so their service sucks.Customer service is even worse they give you the option to pay for priority shipping when there's none.
