German Passenger Removed from the Bus at 4 AM
I am writing this review to warn international travelers about my family’s experience with Özkaymak Turizm.
My German daughter-in-law, who was traveling with her valid German passport and her Turkish husband, was removed from the bus at around 4:00 AM. Instead of being treated with respect, she was questioned as if she had no legal right to travel, despite carrying a valid passport and fully complying with identification requirements.
The staff handled the situation in an extremely humiliating and disrespectful manner. She was asked to leave the bus in the middle of the night, causing unnecessary fear, stress, and embarrassment. No international traveler should ever be treated this way.
A German citizen should be welcomed as a guest, not treated as if they were an undocumented person. This experience was shocking and deeply disappointing.
If your company serves international passengers, your employees should be properly trained in passport regulations and customer service. No family should have to experience this kind of treatment.
I cannot recommend Özkaymak Turizm to foreign travelers until the company investigates this incident, apologizes, and ensures that its staff receive proper training.
