I WASN'T SURE I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE TO BUY A REFURBISHED OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR FROM OXYGENPLUS.
THE FIRST UNIT THAT WAS SENT TO ME DIDN'T WORK. THEY PROMPTLY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT AFTER ISSUING A CALL TAG FOR THE OLD UNIT. THE UNIT I NOW HAVE WORKS GREAT AND SEEMS TO EVEN HAVE AN ENHANCED DELIVERY OF OXYGEN.

I am very pleased with my concentrator. I had been nervous about buying a used one, fearing that perhaps an oder from the last home would be present. You guys cleaned it out so well, it was like getting a newer one at a much better cost. Thank you!

Thank you for the review! After receiving your machine, it is always a good idea to check that the HEPA filter is still in place. Sometimes they become dislodged during shipping, and that sure will make your machine sound louder!

We had to send our first Unit back fir repairs and we got it back in 10 days! I was in the DME business for many years and it never took less then 30 dsys, WOW.

They Worked With Me When The Unit I Ordered Was Sold Out.
They informed me that they were sold out on a refurbished portable concentrator after I made the purchase. They went out of their way to work with me to provide a good price on a brand new unit (after offering different models/units). I was a bit bummed about having to pay extra, however the warranty that came with a brand new unit did help out. I really appreciate them working with me on it.

Hello sir and thank you for your order and review! Please note that our website states all orders ship in 3 to 5 BUSINESS days, and the FedEx transportation takes 3-5 days based on location. This is all listed in our Refund and Shipping policy page that you are required to read and agree to before placing an order.
Your order was placed 9-3-19 and shipped on 9-9-19 which is 4 business days later. It was then delivered on 9-12-19. Everything was handled in the quoted timeline as promised :)
