Excellent knowledge, excellent advice, excellent service. Really helpful in understanding my needs, and advising appropriately. I didn't buy Mini in the end - but only because it wasn't the right car for me.

I recently purchased a car from mini north Oxford and the service I received was fantastic. Josh could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable about the car. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Without a doubt I would highly recommend josh and the North Oxford mini team.

What can I say! We have never been to a garage where the staff are so friendly but certainly Rhys in particular. The day we came to look at a mini he was knowledgeable , friendly and not pushy at all. He was able to talk us through each spec with so much confidence! The only reason we came all the way to Oxford, was because of Rhys Lines. I sent in an online enquiry about a vehicle we had interest in and the very next morning Rhys sent us a video of the vehicle and followed up with a phone call. Since then he's be so professional and so efficient and we've now bought the perfect vehicle for my wife. Rhys is one of the nicest people I've dealt with. I cancelled all my other appointments with Audi & Toyota, to come all the way to Oxford and come and see Rhys. His customer service was impeccable and was always looking at ways to help us. I purchased a car from Oxford MINI towards the end of last year and unfortunately after only a few months and 2000 miles the clutch and fly wheel needed replacing. While I have been driving for several years and never had an issue with a clutch, as the clutch is not something that is checked prior to sale, there was unfortunately no proof that this wasn't user error and I was landed with a rather large bill after spending a lot of money on the car only 6 months prior. As someone that is still young and to be asked to pay two months salary on a car that I was certain I did not misuse was traumatic to say the least. However, I wanted to thank the service team, particularly Becky who took me through the whole process, let me cry down the phone to her and try her best to do everything she could to help. In the end, the garage was very understanding and I ended up paying only 38% of the original asking price due to an offer of good will. While this was still a lot of money to someone like myself, I fully appreciate their help and wanted my MINI back on the roads as soon as I could. I felt like during the few weeks that my car was in the garage, Becky and I built a fantastic working relationship and she even hand delivered a bottle of wine to my home upon finding out some personal news of mine. A great girl and I want to thank her for making the process a little less painful despite my bank account feeling the burn!

After finding my MINI had been damaged in a car park & the wing mirror broken I phoned North Oxfords MINI parts department, they have been brilliant from start to finish. The part was ordered immediately and less than 24 working hours later I had a phone call to say it had been delivered. Darren even helped to fit it for me (possibly an easy clip in job but I was clueless and Darren didn’t hesitate in offering), nothing was too much trouble. I’d definitely recommend MINI parts dept at North Oxford MINI. Thank you Darren.

We have been looking for 1 Mini Electric and a Mini Exclusive. We had visited a number of Mini dealerships and were most impressed by North Oxford Mini centre. They gave us space to look around and plenty of time to test drive. The service was first class and everyone helpful and friendly. We ended up purchasing both Mini's from the dealership. The overall service provided by the staff was fantastic. Special thanks to Josh for all his hard work in both meeting our requirements and getting the best deal for our existing cars in part exchange. The handover today was through and we had plenty of time to ask questions and go over all the details on both vehicles.
