Betrüger! Hatte im September 2024 ein Plüschtier vorbestellt. Spätestens Weihnachten 2024 sollte es da sein. Dann hieß es bis Mitte Januar 2025. Dann kam keine Antwort mehr. Habe dann einen Konfliktfall bei PayPal eröffnet. Darauf hin hat Ownaj meine Bestellung einfach storniert und sich geweigert mir mein Geld nicht rückerstattet. Ich sollte den Konfliktfall bei PayPal schließen um mein Geld oder meine Ware zu bekommen! Erpressung nennt man sowas auch! Habe den Fall jetzt an PayPal übergeben und hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld zurück! Absolute Frechheit.

Placed an order back in September for plushies that were to ship in December. They never did. The host said they'd ship in January. They never did. Then they said they'd ship in February, and no word. I finally fave up and filed a dispute with my payment method and they immediately refunded me, telling me this is a scam company.

Muy decepcionada.Preordené 2 productos en Septiembre q se suponía se enviaban en Diciembre. Es Enero y no se han recibido, y no responden en ninguno de sus canales de contacto.

A mat from Florkofcows was delayed many months - I believe it had to be shipped in July at first, then Ownaj was changing the date several times up to October (so bad the information could only be checked on the item's webpage, no info about the delay via email). Finally in November I contacted support. To my surprise they replied very quickly ensuring me the parcel would be sent soon. And they actually sent me it in the following days providing tracking number.
It was worth waiting, the mat is of great quality.

Customer Service Is Really Nice, And responded quickly.

My first package was lost but when I contacted Ownaj they were very kind and resent my order, I really like that.

Overall I had a really good experience with Ownaj as a customer. One thing I had an issue with was the time it took for my order to arrive, however I think that's got more to do with the delivery company than anything, also the customer support is excellent and quick!

Very human! The representative did not feel like a robot and actually texted as if it was a friendly stranger online! 10/10!

Nosotros hicimos una compra en Abril somos de Chile,llevamos más de 4 meses esperando un pedido,sin recibir respuesta por parte de ellos.hace poco logré comunicarme con ellos,me reenviaran el envio porque se extravío :( pero han respondido ojala llegue el producto!

I ordered some merch in dec 2023 by youtuber mr roflwaffles, tshirt, keychain, etc, ~$60usd. I figured it was coming out of uk where he is based so i didn't think to contact customer service until about March and they said "So sorry for the long wait! It sadly appears your order was somehow lost in transit. We will have a replacement sent out to you right away!" About a month later i reached out again and asked for tracking info and got no response. Then over the course of several weeks i reached out again through multiple emails just in case i was blocked to see if i could still get it, my money, or even store credit. I haven't heard from them since. (Update - they reached out 8/29 and shipped it promptly. I have finally received it after being disappointed for a while, but now I'm happy)

I made an order from a partner of Ownaj. The partner has done more updating through Instagram than Ownaj has. I ordered a plushie 02/2024. Every update on delays, I found out on Instagram through the partner. No emails from Ownaj. I emailed support and three weeks later, I received a response. After paying $20 for shipping, I asked if there was anything that could be done, because to pay that much for shipping, I did not feel it was fair to still not have my product!

They offered no compensation and said the product was simply delayed. That was the first update I’d received from Ownaj themselves. It is now July and I still do not have my product.

To anyone looking to partner with them to create plushies, DO NOT!!! Go elsewhere. The customer service is lacking. Had they refunded me for shipping, I would not have written this review. But it’s ridiculous to pay that much in shipping for a product to not be shipped for five months, when the original anticipated month to be shipped was May (3 months)

Esta empresa es una estafa total. Hice un pedido, me llegó un mail al día siguiente que decía que mi pedido estaba en camino y no ha sido así. Han pasado tres meses y no he recibido nada. Les he escrito varios mails y no han contestado a nada. No se os ocurra comprar porq no va a llegar nada. Por mi parte se van a llevar una denuncia y animo a todos los que os haya pasado lo mismo a que también lo hagáis.

Please do not order from Onaj, they are scammers. I preordered a plushie in January 2024 and it was supposed to arrive in May 2024. It didn't. They will not respond to my emails. I have asked for a refund, still no reply. Buyer beware.

Here's the situation. In April I made 2 big orders, 3 plushies each.
The first order I asked to delete it the same day after receveing the confirmation email, because of an afterthought,
For the second order they didn't even sent me the confirmation email, and after seeing the many other rewievs of people losing their money and reporting my same issues, I've asked to delete this order too.

I've already made this requests multiple times, either via email or their site, and they still didn't responded even once.
As in the title, both orders make up to something around 221€ (236$).
I'll update this review if the situation is resolved.

I received an email telling me the 3 Nila pulshies (the order I asked to delete since the day I made it) has been shipped on 24/06/2024
Still didn't receive the email for the 3 Maggie plushies I ordered the 24th of April, despite the payment showing on my bank account.

Loved my Mat from Florkofcows! It took a little longer to arrive because of a preorder but it was worth the wait and they always reassured me of it's arrival. Thank you Ownaj!!

I ordered Pump & Skid Mini Plush Bundle back on November 27, 2023, they said they shipped it out on December 2nd, today is April 26th and I haven't received it yet, I contacted them asking for a tracking number but they never replied back not even an acknowledgment the email was received. This is a total scam.

Ordered a shirt from them several months ago and never received. Website has a conformation the order was placed but has yet to be shipped. Tried emailing them twice with no response on either one. Be wary of Ownaj!
