Unreal products, great communications, absolutely adore the ZX8000/9000 collabs the store do with adidas, cannot recommend highly enough. Wish they would open a store in London.

Alles super!

How it should be.
Ordered from their unique line of shoes some nice Puma's. This was a few days before a helloween sale where the shoes were discounted with 30%.
Without me having to ask, they reimbursed me 30%.
Shoes were also shipped fast.
Excellent experience.

Gerne wieder!!!

Perfectly fine service
Perfectly fine service. Ordered a pair of space hippies to be shipped to the UK after the official retailers were sold out here. Had no problems at all. Had an email confirmation as soon as payment was taken and then another a few hours later saying they had been shipped. Paid extra for fed ex delivery which took 5 days to arrive including a weekend! Shoes arrived in perfect condition, thanks very much!

2 months, order still not delivered lol
Ordered a pair of sneakers in April, the website is well made and the process was smooth. Give credit to them on this. However, I still didn't received my order because of their shipping partner FedEx (yes I understand the Covid-19 situation and am being cooperative by waiting for 1 month before contacting the customer service)
Contacted the customer service in mid-May, but no concrete actions were taken. They just kept telling me they'd contact me once they heard from FedEx. Then a girl from the team said FedEx has my package and wanted informations (that I already provided upon placing the order) from me. I still replied with my infos. Then... I haven't heard from the customer service for about 2 weeks now even though I chased multiple times.
Please issue a refund and stop playing dead, because I do not want this pair of shoes anymore :)
