Obwohl Bestellbestätigung vorliegt und lt. AGB ein Kaufvertrag besteht. Support hilft nicht und kennt die eigenen AGBs nicht. Frechheit!

Ordered a pair of AM1. Very good discount on sales for such a good pair. All legit. Down thing is the shipping & delivery process. A bit long and expensive. Why using Fedex from Germany to France ? It's just next door ....

Excellent customer service / 2nd pair of trainers I've ordered from them as I couldn't get them in Uk.
As long as order is not over 130 pounds you don't pay tax duties or something around that figure.
Delivery was quicker than trainers I've ordered in Uk.

Versand dauert zu lange. Ich hab nach 5 Tagen (ohne Wochenende) per Mail nachgefragt, wann die Ware verschickt wird, und leider keine Antwort bekommen.
Das geht nicht. Ich würde nicht noch mal bestellen. Es sollte möglich sein, irgendwann innerhalb einer Woche eine Bestellung auf den Weg zu bringen.

Top Schuhe. Klasse verpackt und Blitzversand. Dienstag Abend bestellt. Donnerstag Mittag da. Besser geht es nicht. Ich werde mit Sicherheit wieder bestellen.

Auf der Website wird fett mit SALE geworben und angeblich werden 20% Rabatt an der Kasse abgezogen. Werden sie NICHT. Hab daraufhin eine Mail an den Support geschrieben, keine Antwort.

Ich bin völlig zufrieden mit dem Service, meine Bestellung war in 2 Tagen bei mir!
Sonntag bestellt, Dienstag Vormittag bei mir in Hannover!
Beide Bestellungen von mir ohne Probleme!

Die Ware wurde zwei Tage nach Bestellung versendet. Leider waren mir die Schuhe zu klein. Das Retourlabel kam nach E-Mail-Kontakt umgehend, und die Rückerstattung erfolgte zwei Werktage nach Retoureneingang beim Shop.
Auch wenn es dieses mal nicht geklappt hat würde ich hier bedenkenlos wieder bestellen.

Ich habe leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit einer Reklamation bei Overkill gemacht.

Mein Air Max 1 (PRM Crepe grey) hatte nach kurzer Zeit auf der Schuhinnenseite ein Loch an der Ferse. Wenn ich den Schuh mit anderen Air Max 1 vergleiche, ist das leicht darauf zurückzuführen, dass dieses Modell im Inneren einen besonders weichen Stoff hat. Ich besitze (den Problemfall mitgerechnet) 9 Paar Air Max 1 und habe noch nie ein Loch gehabt.

Ich habe mich deshalb an den Kundenservice gewandt. Dort bat man zunächst um Fotos und lehnte die Reklamation anschließend ab. Das wurde damit begründet, das man anhand der Fotos erkannt hätte, das es sich nicht um einen Produktionsfehler handele. Angeblich hätte ich den Schuh zu locker geschnürt, wodurch das Loch entstanden sei: „Bei einer derart locken Schnürung, die Ferse sitzt nicht fest in der
Fersenkappe, reibt die Ferse bei jedem Schritt am Fersenfutter hoch und runter.“

Ich möchte in diesem Zusammenhang betonen, dass mein Fuß auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen war. Der Schuh sitzt an meinem Fuß absolut normal und es gibt keinerlei Bewegung in der Ferse!

Die anderen Bewertungen auf dieser Seite deuten darauf hin, dass es hier ein Muster gibt. Scheinbar werden sämtliche Reklamationen erst mal (mit fadenscheinigen Gründen) abgelehnt. Man spekuliert vermutlich darauf, dass die Kunden keine Rechtsschutzversicherung haben und es sich deshalb nicht leisten können, sich ihr Recht zu erstreiten.

Das sind ziemlich miese Geschäftspraktiken!

This company is OK if you font need to return anything I am still waiting for the refund on my trainers and postage to uk they received them back over a week ago they have only refunded return postage and emails are useless I am now having to go to small claims court shocking do not use

I bought my first mod done over kill mods and I really love it I sent over what I wanted from overkill and the quality of it and the finish is spot on and it’s a great mod I have just ordered my next mod from overkill and looking forward to it arriving Jonny is a great guy to talk to and he will listen to everything and he will make sure your mod is done to a very good finish before it’s leaves his hands . So if your looking for that one mod your missing in life give Jonny a chance you will not be disappointed so for me it’s a big 5 star for me and keep up the good work Jonny 👌👌

Versand recht langsam. Ein Teil war zu klein, obwohl schon eine Nummer größer bestellt. Also leider zurück. Dafür muss man per Mail nach einem Retourenschein bitten. Warenwert war unter 40€, so dass dann statt 25€ Kaufpreis nur 17,50€ erstattet wurden. Das steht vorher nirgendwo, dass der Rückversand so teuer ist. Versendet daher lieber auf eigene Faust, das kostet weniger.

Edit: Nachdem ich mich per Email darüber beschwert habe, wurde mir noch eine Gutschrift über 7,50 gesendet.

to be honest I had a good experience with this website and I was shocked that they have a bad rating. their rating is bad probably because only people who had bad experiences will express their feelings whereas people like me only enjoy what they get without considring rating the website

Kompletter Müll. Nichts Funktioniert. Passwort 5 Mal zurückgesetzt, kann mich dennoch nicht anmelden.

Do not order form this store! I paid a full price and shipping cost and after getting no confirmation e-mail I contacted the store, they replied that they did not get the payment and obly refunded me the 10€ of shipping costs!!

ordered a pair of newbalance's and scanned the website prior to see if custom fees would be needed, didn't see anything so decided to go along and but the shoes. got a message from the courier a few days ago saying i needed to pay £84 customs on top of the £190 i already payed for the shoes. i'm a student and i saved up for these shoes, the money i have now i need to use for more important instances. i'm not able to pay for the customs so i asked overkill for a refund, as stated in their refunds policy, i'm eligible for a refund. got an email back, with just poor customer service, and i was refused my refund. really upset about this and i've emailed again but haven't gotten anything back yet.

Ein top Kundenservice! …so würde Man(n) es sich beim Kauf eines Autos oder Haus wünschen!

J'ai acheté une paire de Nike pour mon fils à un prix plus bas que partout ailleurs ; commandé le mardi soir, livré depuis l'Allemagne en Belgique le vendredi de la même semaine. Quelle efficacité !

Super schnelle Lieferung, innerhalb von zwei Tagen kamen die Schuhe schon an.
Produkt wie beschrieben, bin begeistert.
