I have been working with Millicent for the past couple of months now to plan my dream GOT trip. She has made every step of this process so easy and smooth. From booking the activities, hotels, flights everything under the sun has been easy to understand and navigate. She recently had taken a similar trip, so she had all the insider information! 10/10 recommend using Out of Office, and specifically requesting Millicent.

Maria and Out-of-Office helped us with our family trip to Japan. In short, the experience was fantastic and we are now planning our next trip with Maria. My husband and I and our two teenage boys had lots of constraints (timing, budget, varied interests in sights and food, different preferences in pacing - some of us like it jam packed and others prefer more slow paced). It all added up but Maria handled it all like a pro. So the planning was seamless. The execution was also superior. Our tour guides were professional, prepared, and made us feel right at home. The van drivers were courteous, timely and always had a nicely appointed vehicle. The highlights were teamLab Planets, the samarai demonstration and the tour of the fish market (super props to our guide). In short, if you are a LGBTQ+ family - or any family - I would recommend Maria and the OOO team.

Working with Jaike has been a pleasure. He booked everything, from the start to finish. Our vacation went seamlessly. All drivers were early, Hotels were wonderful, tour guides where punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second vacation we booked with Jaike, and definitely will be using his services again.

We just completed a 2.5 week experience touring Italy and Croatia, a trip filled with a lot of stops, activities and complexity. This was our second opportunity work with Wolf and the Out of Office team, as we did our honeymoon planning with them, and this was a trip to celebrate our one year anniversary.

Wolf completely outdid himself in setting up our experiences. And I don't just mean finding a good hotel, or recommending a restaurant, he did do all that for us. However, he was very diligent in anticipating where problems could occur, airlines, seats, early check ins, late check outs, and he proactively eliminated those concerns for us, and it was incredibly apparent in every twist and turn of our journey.

We have already started planning a new venture with Wolf, and feel like we have found our go-to company long term. I cannot recommend this outfit strongly enough to anyone planning a trip, and especially if they are going someplace new and foreign to them.

Alice was absolutely amazing to work with to help us plan our honeymoon to Thailand. From our very first call Alice listened and guided us to help us find the perfect destination and itinerary for what we were looking for. The booking was seamless and coordination when we got there was effortless. We were truly able to unplug and enjoy our trip knowing Alice and the Out of Office team took care of everything. From the first phone call Alice Evans put us at ease and we knew she would plan an amazing trip. She did not disappoint. We called Out of Office after spending several frustrating hours trying to book our flight to Portugal for two weeks, the first day in Lisbon we had an exceptional food tour which was a perfect start to learn about the history and culture. She also arranged for a private all day tour to Sintra, we really enjoyed having our own driver and personal tour guide who was so knowledgeable It was great to be on our own timeline. The hotels and restaurants were perfect. We also appreciated that someone is on call 24/7 There was a strike that interrupted our train ride and it was reassuring to know that alternative arrangements could be made.

OutOfOffice and particularly our travel expert Maria Gardner put together a once in a lifetime trip to Paris and London over a 2-week period. Between the beautiful sites and tours they had arranged for us to see, there could not have been a better outcome. The drivers that were arranged for pickups to and from airports and to and from our hotel for outside the city tours made things seem so seamless and stress free. We would highly recommend OutOfOffice for any exceptional travel experience and to any destination.

We initially gave Samantha a list of islands we wanted to visit and what particular adventures we wanted to take.
She then came back with the best scenarios of travel from one island to the next that made all the excursions virtually stress free.
We do plan on using her as a travel agent when we're ready to visit and tour another country.

Samantha organized our trip to French Polynesia to perfection! We spent time on Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, and Raiatea. All the transfers from airports to ferries and hotels were incredibly smooth. Her selection of hotels also really hit the mark. Please don't go to French Polynesia without contacting Samantha first! You will be so happy with your decision!

Working with Maria and Out of Office to plan our big trip to Japan was an absolute delight. It was our first vacation to Asia and we were a bit overwhelmed with options. When we got connected with Maria things immediately got simpler and we felt relief from all the vacation planning anxiety. It was a relief knowing we had a whole team ready to solve any problem if we had them. We felt so safe and in confident hands throughout our entire time working with Maria and Out of Office. Just came back from a wonderful trip to Italy organized by Alice from Out of Office. Hotels were great, both in location and quality. Excursions were just what we had hoped they would be. We worked with Out of Office to plan a custom trip for two couples to explore the Greek sites of antiquity and relax on the islands. We wanted to travel with a guide for the first week and then have fun but relaxing experiences on Naxos and Paros. Our guide and driver took us to about 7 ancient sites with accompanying museums and we found it was the right amount of history and sight seeing. The islands were relaxing and interesting too. Our agents with Out of Office were very helpful and responsive to even our smallest questions. Be sure to stay at 18 Grapes hotel on Naxos if you want extreme luxury at a reasonable price! And don't miss seeing the Meteora on the mainland.
