Terrible quality and no customer service
I had to isolate during covid and they wouldn’t accept my return which was 11 days late, when they give a month for international orders. It’s very unusual in any case to have a 2 week returns period for UK orders. The clothes were of awful quality, overpriced and poor fitting and the staff were extremely rude and unsympathetic. The staff only conceded refunding me as per the response below after an extensive back and forth via email where I had to point out that legally I’m entitled to a return, but if I hadn’t bothered to look up the law myself they would have continued to refuse. Shocking customer service and an unprincipled company.

We issued a full refund within 20 minutes of you advising us of initiating a return request within the returns grace period.
We are extremely flexible when it comes to Covid related isolation matters and our 5 star rating from all our customers is a testament to that.
