Great customer service
Ordered from Otherside and had an issue with one product so contacted them. Otherside were amazing and very apologetic for the issues and sorted it immediately. I’ll continue to use them as they seem to really care about their customers and their experiences.

Called up to see if they had any professor herb pre rolls left as my delivery fell through and the customer service was 10/10 I was advised to place an order for collection as they were low on stock and was given a 10% off discount code. Amazing service! :)

All ‘Round Quality
Easy to use website, fairly quick delivery, and reasonable prices compared to back home (I am from a state in the US where cannabis and cannabinoids are legal). If you go in to their brick and mortar (on Portobello Road) the staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend! Oh yea and their products are quite high quality!

Wow. CBD oil is awesome.
I have previously tried a plethora of other CBD products. This brand is in another league.
It gives me a smooth “chill” and my problematic sleep is so much better. I suffer with Parkinson’s with an associated REM sleep disorder. For the first time in years I’m getting a nights sleep that I actually wake up refreshed from. My tremors and muscle rigidity also seem reduced.
Thank you so much, this is life changing for me.
