Fin ide! Jeg havde lidt problemer med betalingen. Den sagde jeg manglede at betale, men pengene var trukket. Sendte en mail. De løste problemet. Fik pakken efter små 14 dage, som jeg forventede efter at have set en anden anmeldes herinde.

All'inizio ci sono stati un po' di problemi, in quanto dopo aver effettuato il pagamento il sito mi riportava che esso ancora non fosse avvenuto, mentre sul mio account bancario i soldi risultavano detratti dall'azienda.
Dopo aver contatto il servizio clienti più volte nello stesso giorno sia su facebook, instagram e tramite email, la situazione è stata per fortuna risolta.
Metto tre stelle per questo inconveniente iniziale, ma tutto sommato la spedizione poi del pacco da me scelto è stata veloce e sono molto soddisfatta di questo e dell'acquisto.
Detto ciò, lo consiglio ma prestate attenzione.

Fantastisk koncept. Super god idé til en meget mere speciel og personlig gave. Jeg valgte levering med almindelig brev, hvilket gjorde til, det var knap to uger undervejs, men det kan lige så vel have været Post Nords skyld.

I ordered the gift package, meaning I got everything via Email but also in the mail. The email arrived instantly. Super high quality stuff, too. Since I ordered during new years and holidays, it took a bit longer than 2-3 days for my package to arrive, but 4-5 days isn't a long wait, and if you order on a Monday, I'm sure you'll get it before Thursday the same week.

Everything was perfect. Great, meaningful gift for my girlfriend, will buy from here again for sure!

È il 12/12 e non mi è arrivato nulla.

Ha sido una experiencia magnifica. El detalle precioso, y la atención al cliente ha sido de 10 y muy rapidos en contestar.

Tuve un problema con el pedido que no llegaba (el pedido que hice era el de sin numero de seguimiento), y aun asi pasado los plazos, les volvi a escribir porque no me llegaba. Aun asi me iban a enviar otra vez un nuevo paquete. Al dia siguiente llego el pedido y quedo todo solucionado.

He de decir que el trato con atencion al cliente fue de 10. Recomendadisimo, buen servicio y muy buen trato por parte de atencion al cliente.

Its been now around 2 months and i did not receive the package , they told it will be delieverd in 10-15 days , they did not even provide tracking code for the same , they offer free delivery buts its a scam , they charge $20 more and told you delivery will be free , but there is no point of paying more if i did not receive , PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE

I ordered a gift pack, it arrived late, and completely bent. I reached out and asked for a replacement to be overnighted. Their ultimate solution was that I pay $50 to have another package overnighted (but with two day delivery), OR that they downgrade my package and give me $20 bucks back for ruining a Christmas gift, OR they revoke the registration completely and delete the star information and refund me. No--"OMG we're so sorry, we can't send you the package in time, but we'll refund your money and keep your registration open because you've purchased 6 stars over the years and we screwed up".Nope, they are GRINCHES and want to keep my money, have me pay more, or take the star away because of THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. They lost a long-term customer. I suggest if you want to do business with a company who actually cares about quality products and customers--you go elsewhere--there are TONS of 'star registries' online.

I placed an order on 12/27/16, the money was taken from my account on 12/29/16 & have not received the product to date. I have emailed, I have called to the Netherlands no less (which I received a recording with no option to speak to someone). I believe this is a SCAM!!!!! Do not use this company.

I first had some doubts about this.. there were some reviews claiming not to receive anything when they paid for the product.

But i had no problems what so ever :) i received it in 4 days, with everything there. I couldnt find the star sticker.. then i mailed the customer service, got an answer within a day, and i turned out i already had it, i just couldn't find it :D

ps. my girlfriend absolutely loved it!

Man får ingen ting med posten!! Der bliver ikke svaret på de mails man sender, hvilket i øvrigt er den eneste måde man få,kontakt!!! Så lad være med at være lige så snot naiv som mig.. Køb ikke hos dem!! Jeg har nu venter i 7dage, længere end den mail de sendte hvor der stod det ville blive leveret d.15\2-2014. Så siden er bullshit! De tager dine penge, og du får kun en mail med et lille sort stykke stjerne himmel.. Ikke en skid andet!!!! De burde ingen stjerne have, men kunne ikke sende indlægget uden!!
