Tested the Osprey water shoes out in the Tarns around Grasmere for the first time!
Perfect for the job, comfortable, secure grip, the water drains effectively on exiting the water, dry off timely 👍
Well worth the price.

My issue is still not resolved but Osprey possibly have the worst customer service team i have ever tried to contact. I am still awaiting an item I purchased on the 18th June and everytime I have emailed about this I get no sense back whatsoever and it is taken them almost a week to get back to me at a time.
I am still without my order and as a result out of pocket.
I will never order from them again!

Having ordered Osprey products for myself before, it was the first place I looked for swim boots for my son and his partner. They are very impressed with the quality and fit, especially the zip fastening which makes getting them on and off very easy.

I ordered an Item from Osprey well in advance of my holiday, paid for next day delivery, after waiting 4 days, each day receiving a text saying driver could not deliver, I took a day off work to be there for the delivery only to receive a text to say they tried to deliver and no one home??
On calling Osprey I found them dismissive and didn’t seem to care.
Not impressed and will never purchase anything from them.
I had to spend the day before leaving on holiday looking in shops for the item I ordered from Osprey.

No acknowledgement of a return posted weeks ago, no refund and no response to email when I have asked for an update. 12 days for a response to an email was stated on the autoresponse which is way outside industry standards for a reply to an email. Thanks

Didn't reply to me email about my mistake ordering the wrong size sea shoes.
My poncho towel stitches were undone on arrival so it has a big hole in the side.
I was then unable to cancel or refund after delivery as every button leads you to another place in the site that redirects you etc.
Very scammy don't order from them.

Slow refund, unhelpful customer service. Avoid.

My swim tow float was designed badly so unless you are EXTREMELY large around your middle the tow float will simply slip off your body. When I dug deeper into the reviews, lots of other customers have had the same problem. Why are you still selling it Osprey? You are wasting everybody's time including your own. When I emailed to ask them for a refund they said if they refund the money minus £5 I can keep it. So I have to waste even more time repeating to them that it is unusable. Finally they refund me the full amount.

I returned my items more than one months ago but still no sign of refund!!!

It the 2nd dry robe I've purchased and I love them for my dog walks!!

Easy to order, great price, fast delivery and well packaged. 9 year old granddaughter loved skateboard, well made and durable, great first board.

Appealing and disgusting.Sent a changing robe back over a month ago after purchasing a second one as the first was too big and as a company they don’t exchange and still no refund despite sending proof of return with a tracking number .STAY AWAY non existing customer service !!!!

The product bought was perfect although the wetsuits are very small sized so I ordered 2 larger sizes as I needed them for a weekend away.
I returned the two smaller sized suits but it took ages for the parcel to reach the retailer and in the end it took over one month to refund me my money. Which is too long in my opinion

Ordered a wetsuit and followed size but when it arrived, was too small, as i needed one for my daughter as we were going to a beach trip soon, I quickly ordered 2 sizes bigger, still small, oh well pressed returned, got labels printed and sent it back by Evri, tracking and email showed they recd it back, 2 weeks went by no refund so had to email Osprey, they asked for tracking number and proof it was returend??

Ordered a wetsuit in May but it was too small so I requested to send it back for a refund, tracking says osprey received it on the 8th June never got an email saying they received it so I emailed them which got a reply asking for proof sent them the proof had to wait a day between each reply, they eventually said they’d request I get a refund but still haven’t had a refund yet it’s now the 18th June so 10 days since they’ve received it and no refund

Update 25/6 I’ve now been notified I will receive a partial refund, doesn’t include the postage I payed but has yet to arrive back in my bank

Good quality wetsuits. Straight forward ordering. Had to return an item due to a sizing issue, which was a simple process and once item had been received the money was refunded in good time. Would of got a replacement if there was a wider size selection.
