Great family run business, very efficient, kept me in the loop re my order status, even the dog got excited when the parcel arrived……a box that said ‘super-licious chicken sticks……not so excited when I withdrew a v smart muzzle that fits her well. Thank you Ormskirk pets 🐾🐾

I contacted the company by email because I had not had an update on my order. They quickly responded to explain that one item was out of stock. When I told them that I needed the items by the next day (I was expecting to cancel the order) they kindly arranged for the in stock items to be delivered in time, with the out of stock item to follow later. Great communication, great prices, great customer service. Thank you.

Ormskirk Pets is our go to Company for dog treats. Great offers and super speedy dispatch and delivery. Would definitely recommend this Company 😊

I’ve just had a very happy shopping experience with Ormskirk Pets, really excellent.
Prices are good, range of products is amazing, prompt despatch, sturdy packaging and friendly informative email updates - what more could I wish for!!!

Used Ormskirk Pets for my dog food for over 3 years now - always well priced, delivery totally reliable and occasionally you get a free gift for the pooch! What more could you ask for!

Great value for money for my pet supplement. My order was dispatched within hours of placing my order and I received regular updates on the delivery. Would definitely recommend this seller

I had issue with using the Ormskirk website. I contacted them by e-mail . They sorted the problem quickly and efficiently . Excellent small company , very quick deliveries

Had problems ordering online. Customer service persevered until they sorted it! Have ordered from them for years, never a problem before today and lovely people to deal with. Certainly won’t be going anywhere else for my pups treats. PS got my eye on one of their lovely beds in their new range!!

Excellent communication and went the extra mile to source an unexpectedly out of stock product. Very quick delivery despite hiccup and, as usual, very good prices.

Excellent customer service, competitive prices and a wide range of things to choose from.
We've made a couple of orders now and have been pleased with what we've received.
Our pup loves one particular toy, it's like a security blanket for her. They always have plenty in stock and she has no idea that she has a different one in each room and in her car seat.
Ormskirk is our definite go to for ordering. We appreciate it's a small business and we want to support them.

Easy to browse and order. Seamless process and super speedy delivery
Dog sofa looks so comfy and classy

Great service. I think if items are in stock its very fast. If you are getting items from a supplier first then it slows down.

However overall good service and customer service are friendly.

Place a order and no surprises evri messed it up,no fault of ormskirk so i contacted ormskirk pets and they sorted it out very quickly and sent out replacements which I received a couple of days later, the customer service was outstanding it's good to know there is still some companies that now how to deal with customers and very good prices to boot.

I can always guarantee if I place an order the chances are I will get my order the next day. Where else can you get that service and always reasonable prices?

Fantastic company, great customer service and great products at affordable prices.

Ordered and paid for Alpha dog food on 1-2 day express delivery on morning of 31/7 order wasn’t despatched until 04/08 meaning I had to go out and find another supplier (as puppy only supplied with 3 days food)…what’s the point of express delivery, also no way of contacting this company and they don’t respond to the contact form.
