Zeer mooie cup. Zeer origineel en prachtig afgewerkt. Zelfs beter dan op de foto. Spijtig moeten we tegenwoordig steeds rekening houden met de extra douanekosten.

Prompt Resolution and Quality Replacement
This was my second purchase from Oriental Tea Box. I ordered Roasted Oolong Tea but found the tea is lack of roosted aroma. Initially disappointed, I raised the issue with customer service, and they responded promptly and professionally. They acknowledged the mistake and sent a replacement without any hassle. The replacement tea was of good quality and matched expectations. Mistakes can happen, but I appreciate how well they handled it.
