Recycle Not Landfill!
I had a box full of chargers and old mobile phones - I was so glad to be able to recycle them and not contribute to landfill. Also, even better, I received payment for two of them. Excellent! Would definitely use this service again.

Excellent, fair service.
I used this service to recycle my old mobile after my upgrade. The value given for the phone was the best price offered from all of the similar mobile recycling services that I checked out.
I was given the full value of the phone although I expected to be offered the second tier of 90% of the value.
It was a quick, efficient service, (around 1 week in total) from agreeing to send my phone to receiving the money in my bank.
Excellent, I won't hesitate to use it again and will recommend them to anyone.

Great bonus to be able to sell my old phone!
Selling my old phone through Orange Recycle was quick and easy and I was very pleased with the price I received. I was able to make the deal online and then follow the clear instructions for sending my phone. I received the money into my bank account within days.

Decent service but with some hitches
Received exactly the amount they quoted me - which was great.
My only gripe is that my phone had a red flag status against it so it could not be processed until it had been removed - this was not their fault, however, they never contacted me to advise me about this. I only found out about the status when I contacted them after two weeks of not hearing anything. From this point forward I managed to resolve the issue in a couple of weeks. Overall , they were very prompt in their email responses and the matter was resolved satisfactorily - so I would use them again.

after searching around my local area and getting prices for my phone,which was only 4 weeks old,was dissapointed with the offers made.orange recycle was the best deal around.i had no problemsthey posted me a pre paid jiffy bag i returned it and within the week my money was in the bank.highly reccomend orange.

Great service. Small hickup but sorted very fast abd effeciently
Sent in my Xperia Arc valued online at £53. Got tested and told I would get full amount. However only £29 was put into my account.
I phoned up and a very nice lady looked into it for me. Turned out it was an error their end and the rest of the money was in my account within 2 days.
Would definitely use again and my thanks to them

Very fast payment with no quibbles
it was a very simple process of entering my details and getting a value for my phone.
the packaging arrived the next day and I got a cheque in the post the day after I posted the phone to them. Very quick and efficient.
