The most terrible on the market! Terrible! they make fun of us on our money! shame on you! and you have some embarrassing operators.... the competitor's offers are much better, and if you want to port a number, they want to charge you a lot more for ending the contract, but they don't offer you anything better even if you are an old customer.

Orange Romania has reached new depths of customer neglect and corporate incompetence. Their customer service is an absolute joke. Let’s start with their infuriating robot assistant, Djia, which perfectly stands for “Dreadful, Junk, Ineffective, Atrocious.” It’s a glorified time-waster incapable of resolving even the simplest issue. Whoever designed and approved this embarrassment has no business working in customer service. Top management should immediately fire the people responsible for unleashing Djia on unsuspecting customers. It’s a disservice, not a service.

Then there’s their shameful account management practices. A telecom subscription with a negative balance—that I never used—was inexplicably moved to Orange Romania, and now I’m being told I have to pay. And how did they inform me? They didn’t. No letter, no email, no phone call. Just silence, until it’s time for them to demand money. This level of negligence isn’t just unprofessional—it’s predatory.

The user experience across the board is an unmitigated disaster. From their garbage systems to their exploitative practices, Orange Romania seems determined to make life miserable for its customers. Top management needs to wake up and fire the incompetent managers who thought any of this was a good idea. It’s clear that no one in charge understands customer needs, let alone how to run a telecom company.

AVOID THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS. DON’T LET ORANGE ROMANIA EXPLOIT YOU LIKE THEY’VE EXPLOITED SO MANY OTHERS.

Dau o stea ca nu pot da zero stele. Degeaba aveti servicii bune daca nu aveti si client service. 2 luni de zile de bătaie de joc cu simplul transfer al unui abonament pe o cartelă simplă, prepay, din pricina decesului titularului abonamentului. Minciuni, sesizări, telefoane, plocoane, rugăminți de 2 luni de zile pierdute, mail-uri, atașamente, vizite în magazinele orange. O cacealma de brand.

Neseriosi. M au atras cu o oferta mai buna ca la Digi dar am renuntat la ei dupa 11 zile. Suport tehnic slab, mincinosi , te duc cu vorba. Nu am primit solutie pentru deschiderea unui amarat de port ( port forward) pe Zte f6600r asa ca am anulat contractul. Ma duc inapoi la Digi.

Poor services. Poor quality of mobile internet and signal. They are increasing tarrifs as they like and refuse any communication. Very aggresive people in call center

Worst services, whatever mobile service you need the employees will make sure to show you and tell you that just the most expensive one are what you are looking for. Also even when choosing the expensive one you will have additional costs and also poor user interface and experience, when clicking the pay button for extra costs, it does not redirect you to pay the bill, and if you switched the services they will log you off like you are not a member and you need to manually pay the bill in whatever way you find but it will not appear on web site or app like it appeared when you were a customer.

I am a customer for 5 year's.It is ok,if i compare with the next competitor on Romania market.

DUREAZĂ PREA MULT. COMANDĂ DEPUSĂ VINERI, LUNI ÎNCĂ NU E PREDATĂ LA CURIER. AM CUMPĂRAT O HUSĂ DE LA ALT MAGAZIN TOT VINERI SI MI-A FOST LIVRATĂ SÂMBĂTĂ ÎNSĂ ORANGE SUNT FOARTE INCEȚI. SE PARE CA ORANGE NU LUCREAZĂ IN WEEKEND SĂRACII DE EI. AM DAT MAIL SĂ IMI SPUNEȚI DACĂ POT LUA SINGUR TELEFONUL DE UNDEVA SA NU AȘTEPT, NICIUN RĂSPUNS. HADEȚI O DATĂ CU COMANDA AIA CA UNII DINTRE NOI AVEM TREABĂ MAI CALATORIM.

Dupa 10 ani de contract cu 3 abonamente, am solicitat o oferta, pe care desigur ca nu am acceptat-o pentru ca conditiile, erau ca si pentru un client nou. Am primit o, oferta mai buna de la concurenta ceea ce m-a determinat sa plec imediat de la acesti smecheri care, nu pretuiesc clientii, clienti care le platesc salariile , pentru ca datorita noua ei exista.
Mai adaug ca si beneficiile pe care acesti smecheri le mentioneaza in contul de client online nu sunt accesibile 100%, daca vrei sa-ti comanzi un obiect , din suma afisata disponibila pe site ca puncte thank you iti i-a mai putin de jumatate, deci diferenta trebuie sa o achiti din buzunar, o escrocherie fara margini.
NU mai vorbind de impertineta, nesimtirea si proasta pregatire a consultantilor ORANGE cu care trateaza problemele semnalate de clienti , sau meniul lor de K...t la care trebuie sa astepti sa iti raspunda cineva iar daca ai noroc sa raspunda, sa fie si capabil sa rezolve problema.

I have been an Orange mobile customer for 25 years. Newer and fixed Orange (television...). Despite the fact that I pay the bills before the due date, the Orange system blocks my services due to non-payment. (eg: 12.10.2024 - payment /15.10.2024 - blocked/deadline 24.10.2024).
I called, I made a complaint online, but no one has contacted me so far. The new invoice that arrived came with a penalty for the balance of 0.58 lei. But no one paid me as long as the TV, internet, etc.

N-ai semnal in casa, n-ai semnal pe strada, n-ai semnal in masina. Nu înțeleg de ce mai vindeti aceste servicii, precum internetul. Si la ce preturi!!

Nu funcționează nici internetul nici tv de 2 zile și încă nu au făcut nimic, nu poți vorbi cu nimeni ca intra imediat robotul!!! Nu este normal k o companie așa de mare ORANGE în 2024 să ne țină fără tv și net timp de 2 zile și cine știe cat timp va mai fi nevoie… ne cauzează numai probleme deoarece lucrăm de acasă!!!

La începutul lunii septembrie am contactat orange România să anulez contractul. Spre surprinderea mea contractul meu a fost reactualizat fraudulos de o persona într-un magazin orange din Tulcea, în contextul în care eu sunt din Timișoara și locuiesc în Anglia , și nu am mai fost în România de cel puțin 6 ani.
Am încercat să fac plângere, să vorbesc cu cineva și nimic , la servicii cu clienții au un comportament Belgia și flegmatic.

Orange România , ați trimis recuperatori și amenințări mamei mele , care e și bolnavă de cancer .

Vreau să vă întreb , cu ce documente a-ți reactualizat contractul in condițiile în care eu nu mai am buletin de România și nici pașaport romanesc, doar britanic .

Chiar as dori un răspuns , și vreau să văd și contractul cu semnătura , m-am informat și nu a fost făcut digital .

Worst phone and internet provider ever! And the most expensive! Very bad experience with them! Run away when you see the Orange logo!

‼️Nu recomand 👎 nu oferă servicii, nu rezolvă cazurile/solicitarile, nu te transfera la departamentul corect ,nu se deplasează la solicitare .Din 150 mbps cu 250 mbps primim doar 17.5 mbps cu 0.3 mbps. Nu merge nici măcar un tv sau un CCTV și spun ca “sunteti in parametri normali”‼️🥶 Nu ajuta cu nimic doar citesc o frază de pe o foaie “ne pare rău dar nu vă putem ajuta și dacă vreți să anulați contractul trebuie să mai plătiți o taxă “ . Inumani și nu au competența de a manageria ei așa ceva , doar încasează ilegal.👎👎‼️‼️

Issues with mobile data on Orange PrePay, no justification. I have contacted them many times, no real plan or proper explanation of the issue. Unable to contact them over the telephone, their chat robot or consultant gives the same answers.

Servicii și asistență de 2 bani. Nu reușești sa iei legătura cu un om sa te ajute vreodată. Te pun în legătură doar cu roboți și te învârt în jurul cozii în speranța ca renunți. Nu recomand această rețea nici dușmanilor!

Hello. I am a customer of the company Orange.ro, which has disappointed me badly. If I sign a contract with them for two years, you cannot cancel your contract or move to another company, while other electricity companies or gas, you can move without paying anything in advance. Let me explain: if my contract expires on a certain date, for example 30.08 2024, I cannot change and sign up for another company because I still have 30 days left notice. I don't understand what the Romanian state is doing, why do you give all Hoți to do something like that. In the EU you can move wherever you want, anytime, without problems, only after 6 months in Romania for 2 years. although I live in Norway and I paid all the time, a Norwegian friend opened my eyes.
