Ar trebui îmbunătățit semnalul la telefon in zonele rurale, este dezastru ca in 2023 să nu ai semnal nici afară într-un sat din Romania

Semnal foarte slab si net foarte prost spre deloc

Dezgustatoare companie. Am mentionat acum 4 luni ca o sa fie taiati stalpii pe care Orange a montat fibra optica, iar ei nu au facut nimic pana cand nu au taiat stalpii si implicit, cablul de fibra optica. De o saptamana stau sa ma rog de ei sa munceasca, iar momentan inca nu am internet si televiziune. Ar trebui sa le fie rusine.

Mi s-a prelungit un abonament de la 9 euro la 29 si nimeni nu vrea sa recunoasca eu nu am semnat nimic nu am nici un contract pt prelungire si ami spune un operator ca se percep taxe daca al inchid HOTIE PE FATA. Asta dupa ce 6 ani am platit fct care erau antre 800-1500

Este mult și o stea - nu am vrut sa o dau-
Politica foarte proasta - operatorii neinformați - fiecare spune alceva neputând sa te lămurească .
Bani luați abuziv - abonament mărit peste noapte cu 20 RON pe motiv de inflație - soluție nerezolvata chiar dacă am sunat de 10 ori - cerere de reziliere făcută și aprobată - apoi luați bani din bani de reziliere pt o noua factura - am sunat și deși aveam mesajele de confirmare au zis ca dacă nu mai depunem bani nu se rezilieaza și ca alt operator face alta cerere de reziliere - iar am plătit suma de 209 RON - apoi a mai venit de plata - efectiv am plătit 68 de RON de 2 ori și 209 RON RON taxa și acum tot mai avem de plata .
Motiv - nu a făcut operatorul cerere - a făcut-o dar peste 1-2 luni și taxa se tot mărește deși toți operatori au zis 209 RON - bine-nțeles dacă sunam sa ne lămurim o sa zică acesta este taxa sa mărit din cauza …. Ca mințim noi - odată spus ceva de un operator nu ai cum sa ceri și sa faci total alte lucruri
Nu recomand niciodată - bătaie de jos și jupuire de bani -
Trebuie dați in judecată și raportați la ANPC

De 3 zile sun la Orange și vorbesc cu diferiți operatori Orange.Doresc schimbarea numărului de tel actual cu un număr de tel gold , preț 60 de euro .Îmi aleg 3 numere de tel,rămâne să mă sune de la Orange sa îmi spună daca e disponibil sau nu vreun număr din cele alese de mine .Nu mai suna nimeni ! Ori nu știu ce să facă , ori nu vor să-și vândă marfa , ori nu are acces oricine la numere preferențiale (gold). Concluzia ! Dezamăgire totala !

Sunt client orange de cand era dialogul am inchis prin 2004 2005 nu mai stiu abonamentul fara probleme acum sunt din nou client de 5 ani si 6 luni si ma scarbit imi vine sa vomit numai cand pronunt orange România am ajuns bataia lor de joc
Experienta mea cu orangeul din data de 13/03/2023 ma scarbit mie scarba de ceea ce înseamna orange mau dus cu preșul sa reânoiesc cotractul mi am comandat un telefon binenteles toate bune si frumoase a doua zi mia sosit telefonul binenteles defect am facut sesizari peste sesizari abia dupa 4 5 zile a venit curieru sal ridice apoi sesizari peste sesizari si uite asa din data de 13 martie anul acesta si pana in ziua de astazi 11 aprilie nu sa rezolvat nimic

Cel mai prost serviciu te fura pe fata dupa 7 ani am o problema si astept de o luna cu telefoane si nu se rezolva oaseaza de la unul la altul ..niste hoti !Daca sar putea as da -1 stea .

Serviciul de internet are o viteza de 10mb/s. Pica la cateva zile. Imi maresc pretul lunar fara sa ma anunte. Cand mi-am facut abonamentul au spus ca e 50 lei dar nu mi-au si spus ca dupa un an se dubleaza. Practic platesc 100 lei pentru un serviciu care nu il pot folosi. Daca suni la ai nu poti sa dai de un operator decat daca dai ca si client nou, iar daca reusesti sa dai de cineva nu stie nimeni sa iti raspunda clar la intrebari. Am vrut sa imi instalez camere de securitate la casa, modemul este blocat intentionat sa nu le pot seta singur si trebuie sa le platesti lor €6 pe apel daca vrei sa te ajute. Ma mut la Digi unde e abonamentul 50 lei pentru 1000mb/s nu 12mb/s pentru 100 lei.

Oringe România, îi anunț ca trebuie sa vina sa îngroape cablul aerian iar ei înțeleg faptul ca vreau reziliere. După ce I am anunțat, trec cca 30 zile și intr una din nopți, vine primaria și da jos tot ce e cablu aerian. Evident am rămas fără TV și internet. A doua zi, mi-a luat o ora sa găsesc pe cineva care este responsabil. Lucreaza toată ziua în zona, și pleacă la ora 17 ca s a terminat programul iar eu în continuare fără TV și internet. Oare asa de neserioși sa fie acești oameni de la Oringe?

La Orange communication aveți niște incompetenți! Rușine ! După ce ca stam 30 de minute sa dam de cineva, nu te ajuta cu nimic !

I don't even want to give them a one.There service is truly horrible.They keep shutting off the service and then turning it on.Like they're playing games and this while charging me upwards each month.Companies like these should be thrown out of business.

Comandat mousepad Hama, l-am primit dezlipit deja astfel incat sa nu il pot folosi pana nu imi fac de lucru si il lipesc eu. Probabil l-au tinut in depozit atat de mult timp incat lipiciul si-a pierdut din caracteristici si nu mai tine cele 2 parti din care este format mousepadul.

I paid 2 years and a half for an insurance on my phone and now I cannot use it because the consultant wrote down on the contract the IMEI wrong. When I asked them to help me, they told me that I already signed it and it was my obligation to check the imei!

No respect to their customers. Information provided are not clear and misleading my expectations. Network is very poor sometimes, not signal at all. 5g is just a joke.

Incident/Nisturbance

It all started on a Saturday, the wind was blowing strongly outside and the pole on which my fiber was was fell (because Orange has no money to build the underground infrastructure). After I noticed this, I called 0374300300 (dangeramente orange) and announced what happened. It was normal not to come on Sunday night to put everything back into operation (although these services should have 24/7 telephone/field support).
On Sunday, I saw that no one bothered to come to see what the problem was, at which point I called again. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I got in touch with someone who told me that the situation was known and that it would be resolved in 24 hours.
After these 24 hours, i.e. on Monday, I called again and was told that there is no ticket open (I had also made tickets in the MyOrange application and by phone) probably the target is not to leave the ticket open (but an incident can only be closed if it is solved). If it closes without a resolution, measures must be taken for the person who did this.
We pass and over this we end up being Tuesday (72 hours). The team comes to lift the pole, I was at work, he was working on a neighbor of mine and the "technician" tells my wife that he only comes on a report and that he doesn't do us.
I call again, nervous, in the first phase I am told that the notification cannot be found, but then they call me back that it has been found and that they are scheduling for Wednesday.
It's not normal what happened and I don't recommend orange under any circumstances (they make fun of their customers).
I'm writing this review after 96 hours (even at the moment I don't have internet or TV).

Servicii de joasă calitate. N-aș recomanda această corporație nici celui mai mare dușman al meu. Vă rog din inimă să evitați acești cămătari la costum care vă atrag cu ofertele lor și vor să corupă lumea de bani oferind în schimb servicii de proastă calitate. Internet limitat la 200gb/lună și plătești 50-60 lei, cică redus la 42.
Să vă fie rușine! Măcar de-ați fi oferit un abonament nelimitat pentru Orange Home.
