Awesome on-screen instructions Daniel was so kind and really took his time explaining everything a few times (maybe 10 each step) lol! OUTSTADING Customer services!!!!

I ordered an Opti Stick

I ordered an Opti Stick, it was delivered on time. I had trouble pairing it, customer service worked with me to find the problem, which turned out to be my HDMI cable was bad.

La experiencia ha sido buena, con incidencias que no permiten ser excelente. La última actualización de dispositivos nos afecto en el componente de PowerBI, y la ultima adquisición de dispositivos con nueva versión de browser afecto la experiencia de proyección. En general el producto es bueno y su servicio de soporte excelente.

The Support is 2nd to none!

The Support response to inquiries, 2nd to none. From the implementation on testing of these devices, your support and especially Gerardo Garza-Luna has been fantastic. Quick with responses, and already getting your request or question resolved. 5 Stars!

Quick & Efficient

I was able to get my issues worked out quickly and with little problem, although I had a few. The reps were friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend this service to others.

Opti Signs is Fantastic

Opti Signs is Fantastic. Not only are we getting what we need, but the price is more than reasonable. We have not had to wait for customer service to provide support. The hardware is simple, and the program is intuitive. We are excited to start our adventure with Opti Signs. We have been with them for almost a month, and there has been no downtime or surprises.

Optisigns affiliate program does not pay commission to partners and is irresponsible in its work.

I am an affiliate of Optisigns. I have tried very hard to promote to many customers and spent a lot of budget to promote. They have paid commissions several times before but from the beginning of 2025 until now they have been late in payment many times. I have tried to contact support but have not received any response. Then after many times they finally replied me but not payment but notice of ending affiliate program but without any notice before. They refused to pay my commission and denied responsibility. I was so disappointed about this

Need subscription and hardware

I tried the web player, it could do what I wanted and it promised I could use the free version if you bought their hardware. Spent 100 euro's on the android stick only to find out you need a paid subscription next to that as well (to display a webpage). Worthless practice.

Our free plan supports displaying images, videos, and documents. However, features like the website app do require a paid subscription. Purchasing OptiSigns hardware is not required to use our service, though depending on the device being used, some features may not function as expected without compatible hardware.

Something has changed at this company…

Something has changed at this company for a while now. I have been working with this company for 2 years and for my shopping mall project, I was paying 10€/screen/month (I have 4 screens). Now I am forced to pay 30€/screen/month because they have launched the "engage" feature that I need to run my project. It is a platform that works well, but the price is excessive. There are other alternatives that work just as well, but at a lower price. Besides, trying to negotiate the price with support is like talking to a wall. Before there was a very kind and understanding person, Mr. Paul, but the person in charge now, does not seem to have any empathy towards customers.

Lately Optisign has totally bombed…

Lately Optisign has totally bombed displaying PowerPoint slides. We have used the software for sometime now, however the last three weeks or so it refuses to advance PowerPoint slides. These are at least some of the same slides that have been on the system for some time now. Optisign was quiet and not responding to attempts to contact them. Now after way too long they have admitted the fault is their software. Why so long to identify a problem with a commonly used profile on your system and still no fix in sight. Kind of makes you wonder who (if anyone) exactly is minding the shop. You might want to reconsider your choices. We are now paying for a service that Optisgn is not delivering.
