My order number is 26615353. My name is M Shaw.
Stay away from this company. I ordered a Leopold Delta point pro and a streamlight TRL-1 for a pistol.
It has taken the over 2 weeks to get here and the tracking number they gave me never worked. I had to make four calls to find out where my product was.
I received the product today. The stream light is for a long gun not a pistol, and it does not work. No matter how you set the polarity with the batteries nothing works.

I can only imagine the nightmare I’m going to have when I return this stream light.

I was told by four of my good friends to stay away from optics planet. However, I’ll make my decisions based on my own interactions.

And I have to agree with my friends. OPTICS PLANET IS A COMPANY TO STAY AWAY FROM. THE INDIVIDUALS I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE TWO OF THOSE INDIVIDUALS BARELY COULD EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH.

No way, no how I will ever do business with this company again. And I will let all the individuals who I train with and hunt with and the individual I instruct to stay away from OPTICS PLANET

I will also have this displayed at my shooting range and training center. We have 350 members at my range and over a 100 individuals on the waiting list. Your company should not be treating individuals like this.

Wish I would have read these reviews first. My experience was a carbon copy.

Ordered a scope on May 4th with an expected 3 month delivery date. Not a concern, I was willing to wait because I'd still get it in time for deer season. Happily waited and in about mid-June my order was updated to a 28 July shipping. On 29 July, I checked back because I did not receive a shipping notice and noted that my order was updated to an 11 November shipping.

Checked item on the website and it stated that shipping would occur in 7-16 days.....although my order had been updated to 4 months later.

I can accept that things happen with orders but after 3 months, my shipping was set to another 4 months and yet they lie to potential customers with a 7-16 day shipping promise which they know they can't keep to set the hook on another customer.

Don't be the next sucker to bite onto their lies.

I made an order on 08 Jan 2021 and it's now 28 Jul and I've yet to receive it. I've called into their call center numerous times with nothing to show for it but lengthy hold times. There are other reliable companies to purchase ammunition from.

Jeg bestilte min Serengeti solbrille som jeg havde set i synoptik til 2500 kr. Brillen kostede hos Opticsplanet 750 + forsendelse. Jeg var dog usikker på om det ville gå godt. Jeg betalte med VISA og de skal igennem et lille godkendelses check, som godt kan tage 4-6 dage. Derefter blev min solbrille sendt med UPS og 4 dage senere fik jeg den leveret. Alt var i orden, brillen var perfekt, og det er ikke sidste jeg bestiller solbriller derfra. Jeg betalte dog 500 kr. i forsendelse da jeg ville have dem ekstra hurtigt, men man kan også vælge en billigere forsendelse, så tager det bare længere tid. Jeg brugte rigtig lang tid på at finde det rigtige site til at bestiller solbriller fra, og nu har jeg fundet. Ydermere er de også officielle leverandører af bl.a. Serengeti, så man er sikker på at det ikke er kopier.

Et lille men, husk at varen kommer fra USA, så man kan risikere told og moms, men uanset, så er det stadigvæk væsentlig billigere end hvad de koster i DK.
