This place is a scam. Will take your application fee for properties that are not available.

PLEASE RUN DONT WALK!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! After being approved for a property, I asked the realtor, Brian Kronson if i could view the property again before paying the $1825 holding fee (refundable) and an $150 administrative fee (non-refundable) for 1045 Mercury Drive in Lawrenceville. I was given the run around stating he was busy and wouldn't be able to show me the home again until after the holding fee and administrative fees were due. (Convenient) I finally viewed the home again less than 24 hours after signing the lease. After viewing, I decided not to move forward because the home was filled with roaches and other bugs. I also turned on the garbage disposal once and the little barrelI shaped device under the sink crashed to the ground. I sent an email to the leasing agent Contrell Weathersby, copying the Realtor noting my concerns. I also asked for a refund of the holding fee. I received a response stating " Ok I understand " followed by another email stating they took the home off the market and I signed the lease so I'm not getting a refund of the $1825 refundable holding fee. I then proceeded to go online and found the property listed on a few sites for rent. I sent this information to Contrell Weathersby and Brian Kronson. Contrell then called my mobile phone 3 times back to back. When I returned the call, she was rude and argumentative and proceeded to tell me the holding fee is now a deposit?? That is not in writing in any of the communications I received, including the lease! How can I be penalized because I changed my mind about a property due the bug infestation and filth? During the process Brian Kronson kept stating they have a lot of applicants that want the property so I need to move fast. This is a total SCAM!! After Contrell called, Brian called shortly after stating he does not work for Open House Group, and that he works for a 3rd party. He stated he was just doing what they told him to do. I mentioned the bug infestation, and he stated that people track and bring things in. (Ridiculous). I asked to cancel the lease less than 24 hours after the second viewing and less than 48 hours after signing a lease for a home that is still on the market. I want a refund of the refundable holding fee that I paid!!
