You canreview in other reviews that their service quality SCORE is so low. It is a scam organization. it could be risky for your assets.. Let me go back a little bit!!..In fact,when I found THEIR website in google search in July 2025, I was very anxious to start to utilize their services;in the website all looked fine, the design of the website versatility of the services mentioned at the website, etc…Then my account has been verified.From the first day, when I applied for accounts to be verified, unfortunately the process hasn’t been so impressive as I expected, I wanted to trust their services I wanted to be impressed with their services, but this never happened , the worst was with my experiences with their customer service agents, whenever I requested a help or when I asked customer support something, their replies didn’t have customer- friendly nor customer oriented-manner style.the replies were not modest replies it was fully of arrogancy with dictation of company rules in a restrictive perspective.so far anytime,I requested any kind of help, it turned out to be dictating and repeating the company rules, etc.not really helpful!.however, I thought and I expected desperately more assistance from their agents.but they were far behind that,but they refused most of requests with strict verbalization of reminding company rules..so, I could not receive proper services from the customer support agent.Finally, at the last incident, I tried to extend my understanding and goodwill to them but They still reply with arrongacy not to accept the customers and not disclosing anything
To be fair,I didn’t know before I made application that they had such policy; I was shocked that they could change the account status so fast from VERIFIED ACCOUNT TO THE UNVERIFIED to kick out the customers, they could continue to show such extreme reaction and improper services that the customer still would continue not to feel that his money in the safe hands and trustworthy.Now my feeling is that since they could change the customer’s verified account status to the unverified one so easily and also quickly as their company policy because of customer’s abusive language,The trust for the company will diminish and the customer’s status start to worry about the future transactions, payments and deposits in line with the future interactions with this company..I did apologize for mistake on my behalf but they never accepted it, so the account can never be changed back to the verified account..In this case, I will not opt for utilization of their services in the future until they change back to the verified account from unverified, I will use the others where I have still verified accounts and they offer excellent services!!!.
