Quick and Easy Online Ordering with Quick Delivery
I ordered online with no problems and chose the free postage option. I quickly recieved a confirmation of the order and recived an email from Royal Mail confirming the delivery schedule.
My Walking Poles were delivered by the regular postman a day earlier than expected.
I have walked with them a couple of times and am very happy with the quality of the product.

I bought a jacket and it arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately it didn’t fit. I returned for a refund which was actioned within 24hours of parcel being sent back. Excellent service and will definitely order from this company again

Wisdom and expertise blended efficiently
After a close examination of the most suitable sleeping bag for my own usage, I found that the wisdom from staff in Open Air was critical for this.
They offered multiple usage scenarios, based on their personal experiences, which was some of the best advice I have be given, also uniquely more practical, than the product focused jargon that often is not applicable to real-world scenarios faced in a tent, with no alternative solutions during challenging weather conditions.
Extremely worth the visit to their compact little shop.

Excellent range of outdoor gear at competitive prices
They have an excellent range of outdoor gear from some of the more unusual brands. After literally looking for years to find a pair of walking boots that suit my odd shaped feet, I have finally succeeded. with a pair of Hanwag Bunions. Not only are they excellent, comfortable boots at a very competitive price but they even arrived early. All in all an excellent all round performance from a smaller independent retailer in Cambridge.
