I ordered three perfumes from this company which totalled 93 pound with delivery. Delivery was paid for with in one to two working days....it has now been more than 10 working days and I have not received the order. If you are thinking that I am just unlucky I urge you to try and contact them on there phone number first....I have sent emails everyday and tried to call but the number goes to a Voip phone message. This is a bogus company, don't make the same mistake I did but for any of you out there your bank can dispute the payment after 16 days, Hope this helps you.

My advice is do not buy, they do not send out the products you've ordered. They are con artists!! AVOID, pay the extra and go to Boots or John Lewis.

Ordered Christmas gifts from them, money taken from my account immediately, no goods have arrived. tried to email got a response stating the email could not be delivered, tried to phone got a message stating the number was unavailable. Will NEVER order online again.....I am gutted, have lost money i have worked hard for all year.........:(

After I ordered from this company I read all these bad reviews and was thinking the worse. However my order turnt up 3 days after I ordered it and it said 3-5 days anyway, it was extremely well packaged and had to be signed for. BUT for some reason I could not get through to them via phone, so I don't think there is much customer service, and if there was a problem I think it would have taken a long time to resolve. For me it was a good experience.

ordered item 2 weeks ago. got e-mail to say item disatched and will receive in 3-5 days . no sign of it 10days on. wont answer phone or respond to e-mails.....

I've been framed too, my shoes never arrived, and it's been one month now. I can't contact them, I tried everything expect from the phone (I'm french I don't wanna lose anymore money.........), and their e-mail for customers service seems to be invalid. THIS IS A SHAME, REALLY.

The trouble is the theft was from me. Ordered some perfume as a gift paid for next day delivery by 1pm, item never arrived. Tried calling customer services only to keep getting voice mail. Then sent 2 e-mails no reply. My advice is stay well clear of this compamy.

I placed an order and has been 3 weeks now none of my products have arrived, even though I paid for my shoes to arrive within two days. I sent an e-mail and received a reply asking for my order number and now it has been over a week since I sent my order number and haven't received anything yet not even another reply, I do not recommend people to shop from here no matter how much I hate the person. This is a fraud company so please everyone be careful and avoid shopping here

I ordered 2 red lacostes 75ml and after a week only one came in the box. I rung up to complain and all I got was a Vodafone voicemail service. I then took to the email and sent it away and got word back a week later to say another one would be sent . I waited one more week to no satisfaction before sending another email to which I still haven't got a reply. And every time I ring the contact number it comes up the voicemail. It is so frustrating I paid £55 for 2 products and received one . In my eyes is that not fraud ? I was duped with my money which by which looks a reputable company. Nearly a month later and still no aftershave. I hope no one else orders anything off this shambles of a company !

I ordered a bottle of perfume as a present for my mum's birthday. They offer free delivery on a 2-3 days delivery service which suited me (I was ordering a week in advance).

Four days after I order I received an email to say my order had been despatched and I should expect to receive it 2-3 days later (already too late for my mum's birthday). I emailed their customer support team to see what could be done.

It eventually arrived 10 days after I place the order. Customer services still haven't got back to me.

Next time I'll stick to the high street.

The very good price was what attracted me to Onlyminx in the first place but the website was very easy to use, the product arrived quickly and all in all it was a very good shopping experience. I will definitely use this company again.

Real good service, I placed my order late on Saturday evening and it arrived in a couple of days.

I found the brand I wanted, significantly cheaper than the high street, arrived quickly in quality packaging. I will shop here frequently and so will my daughters! Very very happy, thank you Only Minx :o)
