Ordered the wrong size and customer service were happy to make the changes I needed before they shipped my order so I didn’t have to worry about the returns process or waiting for new footwear!

Made an error prior to shipping and contacted their support. They responded in a timely manner and corrected my error for me, reassuring my delivery will be sent to the proper address.

Have yet to received the item, but receive an email from them to confirm about my size so that I won’t make a mistake in my order. Nice of them..,

I wear a US13 (EU44/45), and finding trendy shoes in my size has always been a challenge. But with Onlymaker, I know I’ll fall in love with a pair every time – and most importantly, they always have my size in stock!
Even though I’m based in Italy and the shipping takes a while, every order has arrived in perfect condition and looked exactly like the pictures.
The customer service team is always helpful and replies to emails very quickly.

Love this company. One of only a few places that have great styles in larger sizes, quality materials and great customer service.
Only complaint is they need to keep more larger sizes in stock as there were several I would have added as a second pair on my order had they been in stock in my size.
Highly recommend!
