I recently bought an avalon 1600 x 800 fixed pedestal desk in Rustic with the extra high mobile drawer set for my home office. From the beginning online reality were excellent. I received colour samples in the post to help me make my selection and had a few phone calls with sales that were very knowledgeable and helpful. The desk arrived in the time period that was quoted and was installed by their own installation team. I'm really pleased with the quality of the desk and it looks great, I will not hesitate to recommend and use them again in the future.

We ordered an executive cupboard and opted for the installation service. Delivery was several days past the 7-10 working day window. One set of the cupboard doors was not put together properly and as a result the doors are not aligned. Waiting on a resolution so will update this review soon.

Ordered chairs online on Wednesday for next day delivery. Part of the order received but the main bulk of the order outstanding. Company claiming they are not getting an answer from the suppliers. Very unfortunate experience for the first time dealing with this company. Best to go elsewhere.

Ordered 3 wipe clean armchairs for a new office. They were intentionally supposed to arrive on Tuesday but got a call Monday afternoon from the delivery driver saying he was outside. It was only by chance that anyone was available.

The chairs are rock hard, not at all comfortable. They were supposed to be padded. Overpriced for the actual quality.

Sales staff very helpful, providing guidance and advice.

I ordered with the wrong delivery option and contact onlinereality for the change with prompt response. Furthermore, the colour of the desk out of stock and they help to amend with another colour with fast delivery! Thanks Nathan and Annabelle for their help!

Absolutely awful experience! I ordered a desk on their website on 23rd September and was told on 9th November after chasing them with calls that the item was no longer offered by the company. The original delivery time was 10-15 days and I never received 1 call or email to notify me of a delay or issue with stock.

Every time I called I received a different excuse. It was delayed coming from France, then it was at the UK depot but there was such a massive backlog, then it was with the installers and I would receive a delivery date soon and then strangely it was in France again! Finally, I was told they no longer had the item after 7 weeks of zero communication and outright lies. Don't waste your time or money.

Great product, but delivery is abysmal. Both items I've ordered were quoted as 2-3 working days delivery. The first over a week to show up.
The second time, I waited 2 weeks before enquiring - and was informed it'll be another 2 weeks before I receive my item. If there are supply chain issues that's fine but I'd hope to be informed before I pay, or at least hear something before I have to reach out myself and ask.

I haved used Office Reality several times for office furniture and have always found the products to be great quality and the service to be good. Most recently I ordered 2 desks, one of which also came with an installation service. The items were delivered at the agreed time and communication was good throughout the process.

We recently ordered an L shaped standing desk with online reality and are really pleased with it. It was easy to build, has a great range of height options and is easy wipe clean. We're really happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Online Reality to others.

Really poor customer service. I am now 3 weeks in to waiting for 4 chairs that were showing in stock.
I was then told they only had 2 which I asked to be delivered. They said yes and that the other 2 would follow in 12 weeks. I have since spoken to 2 people to find out why I have not received the first 2. Yesterday, I was told they would check with the warehouse to see why the first shipment had not been sent and would ring me back.
36 hours later, still no communication and still no chairs.

Excellent product and service. We were looking for comfortable dining chairs to fit with our new quirky dining corner in our kitchen. We are really delighted with them!

Bought some chairs for the garden and I'm very happy with them, they appear to be durable and of good quality and should hold up well to the elements . I expect to add to the collection in future .
