I was in such a mess trying to find the correct part for my Skoda Kodiaq. Having been quoted a large amount by the main dealer, i found these via google. Once I submitted my order they confirmed my registration and even advised that I had the correct part. They kept me updated throughout. Have recommended to others!

Scam artists - Swapped my £110 part for a £25 van part!
I ordered a Seat Ibiza 1.4L BOSCH Rear Brake Shoe Pre-assembled which I found from putting my number plate in and seeing it was compatible for my car and they sent me a kit for a Mercedes Sprinter and a Volkswagen Crafter. So they've changed £110 part to a £25 part and told me the £110 one was incorrect when it was the correct part in the first place thinking I couldn't tell the difference.
Don't Recommend.

The pre-assembled brake shoe kit originally ordered was not correct for your vehicle, which we advised by email before changing the order to the correct fitment. Unfortunately, there is no pre-assembled aftermarket option available for your vehicle, so we supplied the appropriate alternative.

Good service and product availability
A bit of a mix up on delivery but both parts arrived okay. Well packaged, good value for money and an excellent range of parts for older cars. Good communication with the office with customer services, clear and complete responses to questions. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Very bad service
Very bad service. I ordered an exhaust part on the 17th and was told it would be delivered in two days. When I contacted them, they claimed that I had cancelled the order—which I didn't. I contacted them again, and it looks like nobody knows anything about my order, and I am getting no answers. Only frustration so far.

The initial contact was good, however I had some follow up questions, actions were promised and not kept, however although a day late, my goods were delivered and my deadline was met. So would I recommend? Yes, with the caveat that you maybe, over promise and under deliver.
