The ordered product arrived to Hungary in less than 2 days, after that it took more than 4 weeks for the hungarian post the deliver it. But finally I have received it. I have received a very quick and kind feedback to my inquery from OneClick. I'm very satisfied with the service and I would recomend it to everybody.

Was a bit wary of Oneclickpharmacy as had read some poor reviews last year. Decided to take the chance as product was considerably cheaper than elsewhere. Items were well packaged and arrived quickly. Would recommend and use again

I would be really happy with the item, delivery time and price if that was the item I needed. I thought I bought Sea salt (food grade) and appeared that was Bath sea salt, although in description was no information about it. anyway, we are not very upset because we still going to use the product, just a bit disappointed about lack of information.

My order arrived within a reasonable amount of time - it was well packaged and was complete - nothing missing or damaged! Good, efficient and pain free service - will shop with them again.

Charged my credit card but did not send the package even after many emails and promises. I have waited over a month now, status on their page is still "processing". They have not answered my latest emails. This is BAD.
Update: I changed the rating from 1 to 2 stars because they finally refunded my money.

Great to find a company that could get some Degu food no where else seemed to have. But 1 week after order placed still no sign of order, I had to email them which in fairness was answered within 24hrs to be told manufacturer issues, fine no issue with that but to have been contacted to tell me this would have been nice, couldn't give me a delivery time. Finally turned up nearly 2 weeks after order placed.

Oneclickpharmacy was unable to supply my item immediately as they didn't have enough stock, which was a bit disappointing as I had wanted the items asap. I was going on holiday so requested that, should supplies arrive, then they did not send it so that it would arrive whilst I was away.

I had a nice email in reply and my order arrived a couple of days after I returned for holiday. Thanks oneclick, I'll use you again and recommend you to friends.

I hunted high and low for some reasonably priced rock salt in a container and was surprised at how difficult it was to find some at a price I could afford.

Made an order. Have got nothing - no response on emails or contacts, phone is never answered (but they charge for each minute while you are waiting!!) product never arrived.

EDIT: money were refunded quick after I failed claim with Paypal. Product never been sent but I dont care. Stay away from these ....

Ordered some items almost 1 month ago - still hasn't arrived.

I have sent more than 5 emails about this, they haven't reponded. I also filled in a form via their website no reponse either. Then I tried the live help button on their website and the customer service telephone line. No answer from ANY of the channels and I've now wasted hours on hold.

I want the products I paid for, or the money back.

TERRIBLE cusotmer service at best. I'm genuinely starting to get worried that my money has dissapeared and there is no way of getting it back. I'll never use them again

I too placed an order which should have been with me in 1-2 days. No order arrived and I had to contact them to be told that product was out of stock and would be dispatched next week. No contact was received to inform me of this at time of placing the order or afterwards. Eventually received item much later than expected. Would hesitate to use company again. Check to make sure your item is indeed in stock.

Found on their site that I need, order was quickly collected and sent to me, I think the price is too high (compared to other online pharmacies) for international delivery (Russia), if not it would put the 5 stars.

Oneclick's prices must surely be unbeatable. Delivery is a little slow but that's a small price to pay and can be taken into account when ordering. I've also found that if you have a query, you get a polite and prompt reply, which is more than you do from some online companies. Brilliant online seller - thank you especially for your fantastic prices!

I ordered Coconut Oil, which was a fraction of the price found elsewhere. The order arrived promptly. I will use them again!

A previous online company had mislead me with a product and I ended up shopping around in order to find exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I found it with oneclickpharmacy. Just what I wanted, delivered in a timely fashion. No ifs, no buts, just good old fashioned "Service". I was informed of despatch, the goods arrived shortly after that, well packaged and just as described and requested. Three happy mutleys! - Now I'm pleased. I will happily do business with Oneclickpharmacy again.

I'm very happy with the prices and packaging etc. but I have had two orders the first took a week to arrive and my second I ordered six days ago and I haven't had the dispatch email yet! If they could sort the delivery speed out they would be great

I love One Click,this was my second order.However,I do believe they need vast improvement with their delivery times but most of all with their communication to their customers as I keep having to chase them to find out why my products have not arrived:t he last time I only find out that one of the items was not in stock by writing to them after a week and they were waiting for said item to be delivered,hence why my parcel had not even left their warehouse!
A bit more initiative guys!!!
