Unable to contact a person

Unable to contact a person, bounced between two numbers to speak to an adviser but continuous loop. Poor service.

Docman Tags problem - Since submitting this review, I have been contacted, and the support I received from Deepak has been good. I am still waiting for a fix for the development issue that I raised. The problem was caused by one of their updates and is currently being investigated. However, it is not being treated as a priority because it does not affect patient data and only impacts internal administrative processes.

very good

very good, given 4 stars as it takes a long time to get through to speak to anyone. The experience with the Brindha was very good, she was patient and helpful and followed up with me to ensure all systems were working ok.

Had an issue not finding patients when…

Had an issue not finding patients when filing documents and was fixed by adding additional rbacs and changing role on docman emis account.

Issue resolved by Murty

Issue resolved quickly

It was a pleasure working with Srinivas to resolve the issue we were experiencing with our software. He was professional, approachable, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He quickly identified the cause and helped us get everything back on track. In the end, there wasn't actually a problem with the software—we simply needed to allow a little more time for the process to complete.

The customer service from Jasmine Tripp and Josh Cattier recently went over and beyond what I could have expected. Some unexpected external system issues came our way during an upgrade, but they coolly worked through them for a flawless end result at go live. Thank you!

Password

I recently had trouble accessing my account because I couldn't remember my password. I contacted customer support and was assisted by Narendra Reddy. He responded very quickly and sent me the password reset link within a very short time.

The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. Thanks to Narendra's prompt assistance, I was able to regain access to my account without any hassle.

Query Support

I had raised a ticket in the system for support on a matter regarding how data is managed. The ticket was swiftly responded to by Srinivas Saraf. What I appreciated is Srinivas Saraf arranged to have a call with me, at a time to suit myself, to discuss my ticket in more detail to ensure my query was understood. From listening to me Srinivas Saraf was then able to resolve my query in a timely manner.
The customer service received with this matter was excellent.
