I know you state when know one there for a loan You are. It’s not true. I know it must be my credit, but you don’t help a lot of us. I’ve been turned down 5 times and I don’t really care at this moment. I just wanted to let everyone know that you talk about helping military and retirees and it doesn’t happen like you make them commercials so inviting and then nothing. If we’re coming to you ever dentley we need help. So please stop saying you say Yes when don’t say yes to everyone.

Nina was fantastic helping walking through the process. Sophia was great following up with my appointment! Nina was amazing helping me upload what ii needed and help me remember and setting up my account I forgot . This process was so fast from my prior experience this rating is a 10 for a marvelous job in the Colorado Springs I am blown away as a Retiree.

To All Members of the Military Stay away at all cost!!! They say they are to help the Military but in reality they are here to hit you with high interest and hidden fees!! I did get a loan and now regret it they are rip off Artist like you have never seen they should be embarrassed to be close too our Military Base and taking money away from us!!!!

I have been with them over 20 years. They denied my loan over 3 times within a year. I have never been late on a payment or anything. This was and has been one of the worst experiences in my life. Omni will lure you in but want help you when you really need it. This has got to be one of the worst loan companies ever.

They were helpful for a loan (I am a service member and it was difficult to find a lender) - great customer service!

I’ve used Omni when I was stationed where there was a local branch. Easy and quick process. I am now located at a duty station that does not have a local branch therefore I applied online. It’s been three days and I can’t get in touch with ANYONE. I’ve called every number on the website and it eventually ends in voicemail. I called a branch in a town a few hours from me and even they couldn’t reach anyone. They put in a call request and I put in THREE online. NO CALL BACKS OR ANSWERS. I’m not even getting responses from the person assigned to my case, two days later. Again, I have called, emails complaints, left voicemails and sent messages through my account. I’d appreciate it if someone would help me with these communications issues. It’s sad that I have to resort to complaining on review sites just to get someone’s attention. JH
