THEY RIP OFF FOR JOB POORLY DONE BY TWEE NAIL ARTIST.
The requirements for pedicure were: thin gel layer (no thick gel bump), very neat and close to the cuticle gel line.
What I got: thick uneven layer, chops from all sides, gel went under the nails, anesthetic and unprofessional work done from all aspects. The feet nails were cut too short without asking me, I wish I was asked how long I want them to be in advance.
When I called them afterwards, manager Blume mentioned that I was not supposed to be asked about the length, unless I told specifically 🤣
On my comment about not sufficient lightening in salon at feet spa area(no table lamps, just ceiling dimmed light), manager Jacy mentioned that it is their own business and up to them😅
In result: too short nails + too thick uneven layer of gel which makes it looks very odd. Additionally there was not light for the lady to make a neat feet nails coverage at the massage chair.
As result NO satisfying refund policy or alternative offered. If I want my toe nails longer back, I have to pay for those extension now 😂
For $55 paid for toes done, they offer $20 back.
