The best tasting beef, chicken, pork and fish ever! The packaging is great, each individually wrapped and they provide excellent cooking instructions. I found the cost to be reasonable. They also provide sides and desserts, it is very convenient for families and busy individuals.

The gift to my son arrived on time and was pleasantly wrapped. A perfect present for a deserving person

I was so excited to finally try omaha steaks and heres the tea. First my steaks were mixed together and not labeled very well. I thought the fillet was top serloin because it had fat on the sides however it was a fillet.the flavor was pretty good, it was tender and i was happy for that. The top serloin was ok. Im not a top serloin fan and this did not change that. The chicken is ok but pretty expensive at this point. The pork chops however are terrible. The Philly meat looks like it is ground meat. The burgers are ok. For delivery they used Roadie. The experience was ok but confusing. You order from a luxury meat service and they are using a delivery service like uber eats. The packaging was also surprising. It was just a bag with foil on the inside. If it was a hot day and i was not home i am not positive that it would have survived the heat of the day. Tbh im not sure that it lived up to its expectations. There is no place on the website for reviews and I had to google to find a place to write a review so others like me could figure out if they want to try. If you are going to try it I recommend all steak or beef. The chops and chicken are not worth it.

Companies who make it hard to write a review are not luxury and I should have realized that when I had to search for reviews. Just because they have been around a while doesn’t mean anything anymore.

I also want to add that after posting this review you can see they responded when I replied to the email christian from omaha social responds and says they cant find my review that they responded to and asked me to take more time and email everything i put here. Lol. It makes me feel like the company is just unorganized. I wrote this review so others who were curious know what to expect. I also tried to view my review but it seems it may be hidden. I wont be usually this company again after this interaction with social care and I will post more reviews on other platforms so others know before wasting their time.

To Whom It May Concern: I’m usually very satisfied, but my last two orders I was told you didn’t have ribs. That I can’t understand because you are a meat company. I also have not been reimbursed for the ribs I didn’t get. I’m waiting or are you going to send me the ribs? Please let me know. Thank you. Mrs. Barba

Stakes are good. Has little fat on them.

All other food that came looks good.

The fillets were not tender. Very disappointed. They were very marbled and by the time I cut all the fat away there was little meat left.

Also the new packaging, not the styrofoam chests, did not prevent the burgers from defrosting!

Only one of two gift orders made it to the recipient. Tracking was not accurate and in the end - flat out wrong. Attempts to contact the company went unanswered to the point where it was more trouble than it was worth. Been ordering gift boxes for two recipients for 5 years plus - never again..

I've ordered several Gift packages of Steaks and Seafood orders from them and all were delicious and exceptional! They have a variety of meals and dinners for all to enjoy, for any occasion! My family and friends are completely satisfied; including me. Do give them a call or order on line to put in your next meal order! Love them. ;D

Omaha Steaks offer some of the best steaks i have shopped for. I have ordered my steaks online and my order is always packaged so securely I have not had a problem with shipment at all. Omaha Steaks stand behind what they offer and their meals are out of this world good. I have used them for holidays and everyone was happy.

Meat came different stages of unfrozen I don't know what's safe to eat. Absolutely no dry ice left in package

My last two orders have not been frozen when I received them.

My personal shopper makes it very easy to shop and I always get my order when promised.

We are hooked. Have many must haves now

This is my first & last order with Omaha
Steaks. My order did not arrive as expected. I live but a few miles from
the intended gift for my relatives. I checked and found the shipping was
Messed up as the deliver company said
there was an incorrect address & thus
called an exception. I know for a fact the address sent to Omaha was correct. Any other reason is on them.
Speaking of exceptional, I wanted to
surprise my relatives but the next time
I will go Burger Smokehouse as they
are customer centric and don’t have
exceptions with new Orders.

Easy ordering process. I sent the order as a birthday gift and the communication about the status, shipping and delivery was top-notch!
