Had the driveway resin laid almost 4 years ago. However over time cracks appeared the length of the driveway where the concrete drive and grass originally was. I thought they were going to concrete the grass area instead just laid a hardcore base then resin over it. My concern was it would settle and cause cracks but was told there’s nothing to be alarmed about. So here we are 2025, although they kindly offered to do a repair under the Oltco warranty the repair work is awful. Trowel indentation and a complete mess around the garage area. The doors are splattered with whatever they were using and didn’t clean up. Overall the driveway will be ripped up next year and replaced with block paving which I should have done in the first place. After contacting Oltco Winchester I was told it’s all we can do and trowel marks happen. Recent WhatsApp message I was sent was to take a reality check and stop criticising, I done you a favour. Didn’t realise the warranty is described as a favour. I got the impression this was a rush job. Never again

Work was carried out on time, to quote with no hidden extras, by experienced workmen who were polite, respectful of our property, consulted us on decisions and took an obvious pride in their work. We are delighted with the finished result.

My experience with choosing Oltco from my initial call with Cerys to arrange for a site quotation, to meeting David to do the quote, was absolutely fantastic. We had our driveway installed in November 2021. It is now starting to crack, but Oltco Ltd aren’t interested. Be very wary using this company as their 20 year guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. They’ve now blocked me on social media, so I can’t make comments warning people about this company. BEWARE!!

Adrian and his team installed two long paths in our back garden in weather that can only be described as "challenging". Despite this they maintained a cheerful demeanour and the work was carried out to a high standard. Adrian kept us informed of the timeline and it was stuck to precisely. Excellent service and an excellent product. much improved on our slippery, splinter filled wooden decking!
