Concerned about signs of foundation issues and possible failures, I called Olshan for evaluation and recommendations for repair.
They jacked my house a bit and added some pitiful shims to one of the piers. Paid $6600.
I was having my porches redone and asked the general contractor to have his guys look at it. Including an engineer. Needless to say the repair Olshan did needs to be re done, my house needs more supports added, a few piers need to be replaced, and more leveling is needed.
I would never recommend this company.

MR.Netterville first impression was very welcome and professional. He explain everything he was going to do on the outside and inside of my home before he even started and ask if I had any questions and explain everything he had done once he finished and what the numbers mean. He even done a estimate for me on my driveway
That was not scheduled for that day of the foundation estimate I'm really glad he was the gentleman that came out that day he made me feel comfortable being in my home. My review on Mr. Netterville would be a 10 I highly recommend Mr.Netterville.

I would prefer to have the majority or the lead engineer to be bilingual, because I do not speak any Spanish. Christopher was present to translate, but it kept me from asking questions. I have noticed from the area on my front porch that the concrete area is slightly higher in the center with a mild sloping down to each corner. This is the same in the garage areas. One horse stall pad that we put down in the garage for an exercise rack was broken. The rack was scratched and the crew were told not to move it without my son’s knowledge and help. All the empty cement material bags were not removed from my yard, they should not have been placed into My recycling bin. - - - At my sister’s home, she had plastic covering over her book shelves, fireplace and all her furniture. This was to prevent the dust from getting all over these items. They needed to have the plastic covering to stay on all these items for all the title repair work that needed to be done throughout the home. … ( a lot of cement dust layers occurs when 24+ areas are affected). The plastic covering was theirs and not the company’s to clean up. Their inside cement areas look Great. Their outside dirt area look different than at my local, but I guess all is well. When my house was lifted/ leveled my interior cracked ceiling was pieced back together very nicely. Glad I had the repair work done ✅

I wish I remembered the individuals name but all I can say is he was the most honest and helpful.

Olshans built a retaining wall for me, plus added a French drain behind it, and surface drains between the wall and house to also collect the downspout water.

The work was done efficiently, and they really listened and tried their best to accommodate my needs. They also did everything “by hand” so that they wouldn’t tear up my yard. They put down plastic to catch all the dirt… they did an excellent job cleaning everything up after their work.

My drainage is a bit complicated, and they have came back out twice (almost 100 miles one way) to make modifications and ensure the drainage is working the way it should. That is impressive. Some may think that’s a negative, but having a company that will make their work right… even if it takes multiple long trips… that is not something you see nowadays. If you need retaining wall, drainage, foundation, etc… work, then make sure you give Olshan’s a chance.

I have to say that Francisco and his team (Antonio and James) were extremely patient and efficient with this last visit. They were also hard workers, pleasant, and cleaned up everything.

Olshan rep. Less came out on New Years eve to review our problem, this is the 2nd time we have used them, this time we went completely around the house to level it. We picked Olshan because of there warranty and they honored it as stated in there contract with nohassel . I can not say enough good things about there work crew , forman Victor his crew Johnny, Fernando, Carlos, Jesus, Adon, Victor and Alex on how professional,courtiers and fast they are. They cleaned up the site and left as tho they were not here. If I had any question or needed them to pick up or relevel a area they did it without any problem. This is a great company and a great crew. I highly recommend this company....

After exhausting research and getting competitive bids we decided on Olshan to repair our home’s pier and beam foundation. Our rep Jason came to our home and did a thorough evaluation. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly genuine.
Olshan was also able to expedite our repair as requested.
On Monday Christan’s team arrived bright and early as requested and proceeded to work like a well oiled machine. I was told the job would take 3 or 4 days and true their word it was completed in 3.
The entire time the crew worked there was never a mess and when they completed the job you could not tell they were ever there.
We are extremely pleased with the high quality of expertise and craftsmanship that Olshan provided.
I would highly recommend them for any foundation repairs.

Matt Neal was an excellent salesperson. He took the time to review the estimate we received from another company and explained that the work they recommended was unnecessary. Instead, he suggested addressing the drainage issue at the front of our home, which he felt was the true cause of the problem and a much more practical solution.

The employees were all very professional and courteous.

We had 3 floor drains with sump pumps installed inside our business entry doors, due to flooding during heavy rains. The work was completed in 1 day as quoted, a longer than normal day but not bad. Had 1 issue, partly due to a language barrier, but it was resolved and repaired, thank you guys for putting up with me. All came out very well done.
