If you've ever made these from scratch you know what a pain they are. These blini don't have too much flavor that it overpowers the caviar. Just what one wants, right?
French blini are not the same as those served in Russia. Russian blini are crepe-like and taste better. And they’re served with a cream that tastes better than sour cream or crème fraiche. If you somehow are able to offer what’s served in Russia, you’d be 5 star.

These are exactly what you expect them to be. I prefer fresh made blini's to the packaged, but it wasnt terrible.
