Ontario Lottery Recenzje

Olg proline/Pools biggest scam. Years ago NFL pools were closer to 1Mil Dollars. Years later and more people playing it's around or less than 300k. OLG keeping most of the pool. Not worth playing. We are suckers.

The withdrawl process on the app is archaic. It shouldn’t take 3-5+ business days to receive any winnings. Especially if they are $1000 or less. Other sites pay you out pretty well immediately, or within the hour. What are they doing on their end that requires a manual review that takes this long??? Online help and chat doesn’t actually help with anything. Just automated robot responses stating their policy. I will not be playing on this anymore.

Low odds of winning.. Random log outs from your account. Inaccurate chat support. They told me my IP was in Detroit, but i was looking at it at the time saying its in T.O. Nice try guys, won't be back again. They finally locked my account, everytime I called and spoke with someone it was unlocked. they had 20$ of mine held captive, when i called in the account was unlocked and withdrew the money. When I told the lady this on the phone she even sighed. Nice try low lifes. Shame on you and your dirty practices.

I deposited funds into OLG.ca instantly without any issues — they’re happy to take your money in seconds. But when it came time to cash out my $72 in winnings, my bank account was suddenly “under review,” and I was forced to re-verify my identity and banking details even though I had already been verified with a former account.

This unnecessary re-verification feels like a deliberate delay tactic. While I was stuck waiting, I ended up continuing to play and quickly lost the winnings I had tried to withdraw. Other platforms now offer instant withdrawals and modern payout options like Interac e-Transfer, yet OLG.ca only allows outdated bank transfers, which are slow and inconvenient.

On top of that, the minimum deposit of $15 is higher than many competitors, making the experience even less player-friendly.

If OLG.ca wants to remain competitive, they need to update their payout methods and stop forcing players through redundant verification hoops. Until then, the site feels outdated and unnecessarily frustrating.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5 — fair games, but poor withdrawal practices and customer experience)

The waiting time for a withdrawal is ridiculous!! 3 - 5 business days.
Most trusted gaming sites payout with in the day or right away.
Very disappointed.

Terrible winning odds. After a couple of years hoping things would improve I’ve decided to say goodbye to OLG.

The whole system is rigged, no one wins, only paid actors.

They are legalized thiefs.
All their games are rigged from the get. go. From scratch tickets.
To their so called rng draws.
Nothing has ever been random about a computer program nothing. Especially their RNG lottery draws.
They know it. We know it.
Why not make the ontario government . Acountable. Especially the Ontario finace department heads. They oked the RNG program. They new from the very start.

The Ontario tax payers own OLG but we're treated like suckers on the online casino. If you want to see a blatant example of rigging, play anytime during the weekday and you'll lose worse than any brick and mortar casino. Then try after 1:30AM and suddenly the games seem more reasonable. The online help will tell you its random but so is pulling an ace from a deck of cards, we assume there are 4 aces but if the casino removes 3 aces, our odds just went to hell and we don't know we're spinning dead.

All the games are rigged especially the game shows red door roulette olg is cheating casino . You will never win here no matter what . They dont pay players their winnings. They are cheaters .dont gamble on ths app you are being tracked and targeted to lose.!

Garbage site. Sucks !!Not hard to tell it's a government run app. Save your time and money at least 25 better casino apps out there with better payouts and games. Plus you have to wait forever for what little payouts you get. Other sites let you withdrawal immediately not olg 5 business days

OLG preach is responsible Gmaing. Yet this organize is a monopoly and only control certain site. But, they have total control and are the worst for pushing/marketing/advertising for people to gamble. Yet, when. You ask for help they do nothing.

Never had so much trouble getting my $500 prize that I won using the OLG app
I've contacted them online through the live chat the agent said I just needed a void cheque to get my $ I was emailed a few days later that I did not have the proper documents. Tried contacting them at 7pm and they were closed. They should have better hours for people that need to contact them after work. Seriously thinking of not using the OLG APP AGAIN

Really starting to think the OLG is a scam, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on scratch tickets and lottery tickets and can’t even win a free ticket anymore, no one has that much bad luck that they can’t find even one $3 winning scratcher after spending like $400 on them! I used to win occasionally $3 here $50 there on scratch tickets and on the lottery tickets I used to win free tickets or some money here and there but now it’s like there’s no winners being made anymore and the lottery it feels like they’re taking all the tickets that have been bought and then picking numbers that have not been combined in a ticket so nobody can win. I’m done with the OLG they’ve takin enough of my hard working money!!!

The worst fing casino website out there there is no winning on any game let's you win some money then gone in next spins totally peice of garbage DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Worst internet gaming website out there. They don’t pay out, don’t trust OLG. It’s only a matter of time before they eventually stall and refuse to pay your winnings. OLG should not be regulated by the Ontario gaming Association. They are crooks

Take your money on the website no problem, win and try to get it back, good luck. They want a lot of information. They don’t require any info when they take your money, but when it flows the other way, they make it tough.

Rip off. I reside in Quebec and while in Ontario I wanted to buy lotto tickets for the 649/Max. One the app installed , It insists that you deposit $$ which I did $50 worth. Next day they closed my account and I lost my $50. WTF can’t blame this on Trump ! Fregging rackets:(

The lotto in Canada is rigged. Don't believe me? Read about Eddie Tipton and how he rigged the lottery in Iowa. The similarities to wins at the OLG are almost exactly identical.
