Made payment and never received goods. They refused to refund by making any excuse they could. Have to go through PayPal dispute to get my money back. How PayPal still allows them to take payments is amazing.

I ordered gold and then I receive and email wanting personal details and a photo copy of my drivers licence. If that is not a set up for additional scam I don't know what is.

I just bought Black Desert account from them.
I first made sure with the live that they have it in stock, and how long is the delivery time. after that, I just made the purchase and in the chat she gave me the account. It was fast and ok. not sure why the bad reviews really!

Ordered 15m kamas for the game dofus from them after asking customer support approximately how long it would take for them to delivery and they said less than 15 minutes. After i ordered i went to the live chat to ask for confirmation on my payment and the delivery. They later said that they had to collect the money. I am a patient person so I waited till the next day and then asked them again, they then told me to wait for 18hrs... so i did then i asked them today and they said the supplier is on chinese new year holiday. So frustrated already, i asked for a refund and they told me the manager is not in. So i asked them when he would be in, and they told me 2 days he would be in and then i can get my refund... So whatever you do never ever buy from this company ever. Poor support and a cheating company that puts things on sale without having stock. Never buy from them ever

The website OkayGoods, as well as other's that belong to this parent company, are offering Skyforge argents (gold) to be bought at severely discounted price. I asked them quite in-depth about how they get the Argents since there is no trading, and the long story short of it is that they lie to you, and it ultimately involves credit card fraud.

This is what will happen if you buy argents/credits from ANY of these sellers (had a link to a screenshot of the ban for credit fraud but the site doesn't allow for them).

Do not buy ANY of their products, but especially not Skyforge related products, as they allow their business associates to preform credit card fraud in order to temporarily deliver you their products.

I bought an extremely small amount of Habbo Gold Bars off them to test them out and see if they were legitimate or not. As I thought, they never delivered. I contacted customer support multiple times and they made feeble excuses such as "supplier is asleep" and "we need to collect gold". I once asked for a refund and was told "manager is not on". All these responses were from the live chat. Live chat also talk using terrible slang like "u" and "yh".

I tried a different tactic. I asked customer support that if I bought Habbo coins now would I receive them instantly, they said yes. I then went on to say "that's good, because I've already ordered" then they started saying "we need to collect gold" again. Therefore, they tell people they have goods for sale and they will receive them very fast however they don't have any stock.

The ONLY reason I've given them two stars is because I actually managed to get a refund eventually. I would go out and say they are a SCAM company however they might just be the most poorly ran company ever and they may, MAY very occasionally actually deliver to somebody.

I paid for Archeage gold from them,but they send an empty mail to me! and they refused to compensate me or give my money back, this is totally scam!

NO delivery,No answer on mails,changing the email adresses and so on.

They say they will sell you dil then tell you sorry..no dil for you...after they accept your payment.
If they know theres no dil to sell they shouldnt be trying to sell it.PayPal needs to cut them off there service..I only tried to buy because PayPal was acceptable payment option.

Okaygoods is a total scam. They take your money and do not deliver the goods. I paid via PayPal and they say that PayPal cannot be trusted. But they keep my money! Then they tell me to pay AGAIN via Western Union! DO NOT DO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

these guys are scammers, fraud, they will steal your identity, and your money all while laughing in your face. "Zero stars" DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!
