Inconsistent and unreliable
I placed a big order with them, only to receive 4 items missing and one item wrong. I let them know and they told me they were going to ship everything out, and I only ended up receiving two of those 4 missing items. Fast forward to a month later and still missing two items. I called and asked why I haven’t got my stuff yet and they told me they already shipped it and it says I received it when I didn’t. So yeah they are extremely inconsistent and untrustworthy I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company.

Not all what I expected.
I bought 2 fragranced oils:
Emirati White Oudh Oil is lovely, nice Oudh and semi-sweet. The little bottle is nothing like the picture, which is very annoying, as this is a present.
The 2nd one, Shamama Attar 100% Natural and Pure aka Shammatul Amber: to me is not pleasant at all. I will create my own blend mix with that one, as I cannot possibly use it ad it is.

Not what it’s meant to be
I have been ordering my dodi paneer from oil and herbs now for probably over a year now and I got my sister to order from them also this product which has been great up until my last order arrived a few weeks ago! It’s like slimy gunge and it tastes like it could be gunge.
I am totally dissatisfied with my last order.
