Konge service min vaskemaskine gik i stykker han kom det samme

Really poor company ordered some items one being a large dog bed received a small dog bed so company sent a return slip that's great you think o no I emailed them to see if they have the large dog bed in stock they replied yes we do I said if I order 2 large dog beds I will receive the correct item o yes no problems they replied so ordered 2 more and I even emailed them with the new order to ask please please check before posting.turns up 3 days later I thought great but no no 2 small dog beds was sent again never again they need to go to spec savers or someone who knows the difference between small and large

I actually come on to praise them,Ordered before and had a issue which was finally resolved, Thought I would try again placed 3 orders at different times and all have arrived quickly and no missing items,So thank you all,Really pleased with my items as well.

must of got lucky as i got my order within 3 days. the order was all correct and ran into no problems whatsoever...

Trying to return item, you have to inform them, they have not responded, I've filled form out twice.

Parcel just isn't being delivered, customer service is non existent, tried email and its queued, tried calling and cuts off after 10 mins, raised a dispute with my bank for my money back, if u give no customer service what else do u expect people to do!!! Won't bother using again!

Just got my order,disgusting and damaged and customer service does not exist.
Appalling service

I had bought two sofa throws and four cushion covers and returned all of them to OHS as I lost the return receipt for the postage They didn't refund my money back I had even sent them the screenshots of the emails that they sent me and still to this still no refund so if you are sending anything back to this company please make sure that you keep your proof of postage they are the world's worst company for refunding your money back

I can only speak as I find , saying that , I've ordered from this company before and received exactly what I ordered and the goods arrived on time.

Excellent cushion covers at great price 2 for £4.00 can’t be beaten. Quality fine. Delivery not super fast but within the week. Will use again.

I’ve had no bad experience from this store .. I had moved house and put the wrong address on and they honoured my order by resending It and I have received it quickly .
The parcel firm they use could be altered as I’m sure they throw things about . I’ve only ordered material things so can’t comment on what a glass candle what reach you like .

Do not buy from this company as i got the rainproof hoodie and was far too big they refused to exchange it and they refused to pay for me to return the item so was stuck with an item that was too big and went to waste so stay clear from OHS

Brillant service, amazing products and so cheap, have bought multiple items and would definitely recommend using.

Servicemedarbejde ankom til aftalte tid. Utrolig høflig og behagelig. Fik løst opgaven og vi havde en rigtig god dialog.
Jeg kan varmt anbefale Odense Hvidevare Service. De yder en rigtig god service.

Havde en serviceminde reparatør ud til os. 700,- inklusiv kørsel blev det til for at finde fejl på printer plade til vores vaskemaskine. Ca. 1800,- for en ny printer plade eksklusiv reparationsløn. Derfor ville anbefale at købe en ny istedet for have en ude.

9. december havde vi en aftale om reparation af min opvaskemaskine, han kom over to timer efter aftale, uden at have givet besked om forsinkelsen.
Der skulle udskiftes en del i maskinen, en del han ikke havde hjemme.
12. januar ringer jeg til ham "Nå ja, jeg har fået reservedelen hjem, men har glemt hvem der skulle bruge den".
17. januar besøg af OHS: "Nå for pokker, det er den forkerte reservedel de har leveret."
3. februar: "Det nærmer sig 2 måneder siden, at jeg fejlmeldte min opvaskemaskine. Skal jeg finde en anden reparatør?" - intet svar
