I’ve just done a classic lash course with Katie, and it was brilliant!
I learned a lot, and she was very pleasant and welcoming.
She was also very patient with me, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Quite possibly the WORST salon/academy by far! From the initial enquiry stage to actually attending - it was a pure show! Nothing but a gang of people who enjoy jangling about others. I was made to feel really uncomfortable, the atmosphere was awful. Very clicky and not friendly at all. On Instagram they seem to promote themselves (or target audience) towards young girls who are very impressionable. I would save your money because the make up course I did wasn’t worth it. Most of the time was spent with the tutor Kate chatting about herself (self loathing) and her accomplishments - which you may think would be inspiring, but she really isn’t there for that. Please avoid at all costs!

Advertising treatments by staff who have just returned from Spain where there is 14 day mandatory quarantine.
Avoid at all costs.... they’re only after one thing and that is your money!!! Terrible training, I recently done a nail course... I felt like a big inconvenience they had my money that’s all that mattered. Will never step foot in that place again.
Awful management - don't bother complaining or you will get abuse from both owners. During the appointment itself be prepared to feel like you shouldn't be there as staff talk over you to each other as if you're not even there. Gossiping and bad-mouthing previous customers throughout makes me wonder what they said about me when I'd gone. I have sensitive skin and that was an inconvenience and I was made to feel absolutely pathetic for even mentioning it. You're paying money for an Instagram backdrop rather than a quality experience.
The worst customer service ever experienced. Kate isn’t a nice person, isn’t welcoming when you’re there and is actually quite intimidating which is shocking when you’ve paid to be there to learn.
