Love their products and customer service!
Love their products, their customer service, and the positive results on my skin and lashes! I received a defective mascara brush and they immediately shipped a replacement, no questions asked. I can remove the mascara without harsh chemicals or greasy removers, and my lashes are healthier than ever. Their other products are also fabulous!

Ogee is quite possibly the best there is. And, their customer service is unmatched. I know the products are a bit pricey but they're well worth it. My skin has never felt and looked better since I started using their products.

All went well. A couple of products arrived wrong color or defective. A little hard to communicate initially but they were helpful in exchanging and replacing. Issue solved. I love their products.

Ogee has great products and great customer service. I emailed customer service with a question about layering usage (layering products with prescribed ointment), as well as what the different serums do. I received a lengthy, informative quick response.

Not long lasting
Since there is no way to leave a review on their site, I came here,
I have bought both their sculpted foundation stick and the contour collection;
Foundation Stick-smells strongly like patchouli (yuck). I might be able to get past that if it actually had any staying power. I applied it as directed, left the house for a couple of hours, and it looked like I had never put it on. I used make-up remover and pulled some off, but nothing like other make-up.
Contour Collection-The copper takes some blending work, or you just look dirty. This and the other sticks don't have much staying power either, but more than the foundation, which isn't saying much.
Call me crazy, but I expect my make-up to last the day, not just an hour or so. I get much better results and pay a lot less for drug store make-up. It's a hard pass for me.
I saw the response, if that is the case it should be marketed as moisturizer, not tinted like make-up, and there shouldn't be as many options. Otherwise, it comes off as a scam,

Depending on application and activity, these tints will last for several hours on their own. They are meant to be a treatment for the skin, while also adding pigments to the face. Because our products are 100% botanically derived and certified organic to NSF standards, we do not formulate with any dyes that would make these Sticks have a "staining" effect, as we believe dyes are extremely harmful to your health and the environment. For longer-lasting wear, we recommend any preferred primer or setting spray/powder to lock pigments into place. Indeed, starting with the delivery which has not yet arrived despite the deadlines indicated
Let's also continue with the fact that the 'delivery tracking' link does not reflect reality either... the link has been broken since February 6, namely that my order should have reached me at best on Wednesday, February 4
I'm disappointed and I doubt I have confidence for a next order
Finally, I reserve a little more time to wait to start the refund procedure, I keep the hypothesis of being confronted only in the face of a significant delay
