Well impressed with this company

Well impressed with this company! I almost didn’t place my order after reading some of these reviews but both items were a bargain so I thought I’d chance it. Glad I did! Next day delivery and both items as expected! I’ll be shopping here again!

Trainer box damaged was not sent double boxed

Expensive trainers sent by yodel that took over a week to arrive.
Was not double boxed so arrived damaged.
No reply from customer services despite may emails.
Very poor service will avoid in the future.

Worst Customer service and hard to get a refund

Bought a shoe to these company via PayPal but size was small so I return the shoes back same day after I receive the item and repurchase a bigger size via Klarna.
Received an email confirming that they receive the returned item and I was expecting that they will refund me the money. I filed a case at PayPal so I can get my money back but I receive a message that the refund failed because there is an open case at PayPal and ask me to close the case. That was a trick as they know and I didn’t know that if I close the case, PayPal could not do any thing if the case was closed already. They are not willing to gave you refund. It take 3 weeks before they send you a refund and there is no way that I can recommend this company to anyone.
If you are rerunning an item and want a refund, be warned… these company is just after your money.

Zero stars, worst on-line experience

Avoid. Shoes were packed in plastic bag, box was so bashed in and damaged that I wanted to send back. I followed the instructions to return and was sent a barcode. At the shop the barcode failed to scan or register when keyed in. I was embarrassed in the shop. When I came back home unable to return the item, the website contact did not work. There is no phone contact for customer service and after finding a 'help@' e-mail I am still awaiting a response. The worst experience, ripped off, humiliated and then ignored. Avoid this shop, ruined my week.

I won't be using Offspring again

I won't be using Offspring again. Ordered size 11 trainers (order number W76706985) - size 6 sent (with the box receipt clearly saying size 11 enclosed)! How can a business like this make such mistakes. Had to pay cost of return (£4.20) myself with their return policy saying postage would be refunded if their fault etc. Of course refund done only for the trainers leaving me out of pocket for unnecessary postage return clearing up their mistake. Terrible service.
Update: Customer service contact asking me for a photo of the 'wrong size' shoes sent to me when they had already received item back so clearly could check themselves. Stated as I had not taken a photo they would not refund.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid and shop at other providers.

Order placed then a void!

Order placed, paid for, and confirmed 27th Feb 26, dispatch to Office Brent Cross for collection confirmed on 1st March 26, then silence.
After receiving emails prompting me to leave a review for the trainers I was still waiting to collect (once notified ready for collection) I did just that, with an email on top to chase up what was going on on 8th March 26.
They have been looking into it since then, with further update requests from me resulting today in an email saying they have decided my paid for trainers are lost?
I will get a refund though at some unstated point. How kind, after wasting almost 3 weeks of my time!
How do you "lose" a pair of trainers usually in a sealed bag with a customers name an order number on without noticing when you check the inventory for a delivery?
How can you not then relay the fact that something is missing to the company and/or customer concerned straight away?
How long would it have taken for me to be told the trainers were "lost" and refund planned if I hadn't chased it up?
Was my purchase money deemed as turning into a gift?
Now unsubscribed and converted from endorser to person warning people to steer clear.

Customer services at Offspring has significantly gone downhill.
Who is running this Circus?

I spent over £150 on 2 pairs of trainers (bargain), Yodel said they had delivered said trainers to my neighbours flat.

Yodels picture was not my neighbours front door neither was it my block. I queried Yodel who Informed me I'd need to speak with Offspring.

I speak to Offspring customer service agent and tell him/her what's happened, they then request a pic of my neighbours door, I obliged and sent them what they requested.

I get a response from a different customer service agent stating there are" inconsistencies" so they are unable to help and I will need to take civil action against my neighbour (let's bear in mind it's not my neighbours flat in the Yodel photo just some non entity).

I highlight customer services lack of clarity and send further pictures of my neighbours door, my property, my block, asking questions and asking for clarity. I receive a response from yet another customer service agent with a cut and paste response from their previous email about taking civil action against this unknown entity (allegedly my neighbour) as well as being super dismissive.

I have had a number of back and forth's with customer services stating that the contract is with them and they need to fulfill their side of the transaction, once again I get a new CS agent with a cut & paste dismissive response.

They NEVER answer questions (even basic questions) posed to them, are SUPER DISMISSIVE,You NEVER speak to just 1 agent just randoms who just copy, paste, respond then on to the next person and will basically wear you down with canned responses until you stop making contact.

I have requested a customer service managers details, they skated over my request as well as several questions outlined in my email.

Absolutely disgusting treatment. All I wanted was my trainers, Instead you get treated like a common thief.

20/03
I get a "helpful" response from offspring via trust pilot.
"We're really sorry to hear about this and we'd be happy to check this out for you if you've not already had it resolved"

Also saying they would be InTouch etc, so I then get a PM from Offspring asking for the case number, which I provided on 22/03.

It's now 05/04/2026 and as per Offsprings outstanding Customer Service I have heard absolutely NOTHING back from them. I have zero trainers, they have my money and when I've emailed their oh so nice customer service team I'm still met with refusals to answer questions or escalate my issue higher.

Just put it this way Offspring are "bad" at serving their customers but really good at taking your money. Why bother contacting me via trustpilot when you're not really going to look into the issue, it's just all front.

Never received my order, not sure it ever existed!

I ordered a limited edition pair of trainers from Offspring. All started off well when I got a dispatch notice and a Yodel reference the next day. That’s where it stopped. The tracking suggested that Yodel never received the parcel, then weeks later updated to say it was being returned to Offspring. I’m not sure the parcel ever existed! Offspring did reply to emails but never in any detail or offering an explanation. After much chasing I eventually got a refund. Never again.

I have ordered 3 sneakers from them (1 on the way) on great deals and even then they took about good 5 days to get delievered I’m still happy with my purchases. Haven’t had to experience the return process yet (hopefully never have to) but I’m quite happy so far how they’re doing. Having read the negative reviews, I’m was surprised since past 2 purchases I’m a very happy customer ☺️

Shocking customer service

I bought a pair of expensive Nike shoes in the Brighton store. No complaints about the shop, but the shoes have already started to fall apart after 4 weeks. No response whatsoever from customer service email.

Be careful with Offspring

Be careful with Offspring. I bought a pair of Nikes on Feb 28th size 7, and one on March 5th size 6.5 because they were out of 7. They are holding my money and they have only responded to one email in 7 days and only in three words, the first of which is "sorry" and two more 3 words but they won't give you any more details about the refund or what the problem is. They say they are from the government and they are getting hundreds of thousands of emails.I also have some screenshots of how I sent the email and how I have money pending but I can't attach it.
