They do not honour advertised prices - AVOID
This company advertises watches at low prices but does not honour those prices. I entered into an agreement with them to buy an Omega Speedmaster Professional watch and was told it could take up to 12 weeks to arrive. I was fine with this as it was a very good price. After 10 weeks they cancelled the order and told me their supplier could not get the watch. After brief communication it became clear the issue was the price and not one of supply (after all this is hardly a rare watch).
AVOID
In response to their reply below....
So they are not denying reneging on the deal. As expected they have no defence. They are even publishing private communications from their customers on a public website. Borderline GDPR breach. Terrible company. Worst buying experience of my life.

Watch went out of stock with suppliers due to a large volume of sales, at quoted price, to happy customers.
"If I do not get satisfaction from your company I will launch a campaign online against your company."
Direct quote from gentleman above.
"Satisfaction" in this instance was that we bought the watch for him elsewhere and sent it to him at our cost in order to avoid his online smear campaign.
First time purchase a success
This was my first experience of buying a Rolex and I was a little nervous about dealing online. I saw a watch listing from OfficialWatches on another site and decided to contact them directly.
My main point of contact was George Costas. Everything was undertaken in a professional manner and I received the watch last Friday via Royal Mail special delivery at no cost to myself!
I would absolutely recommend OfficialWatches and have already done so to a colleague who is now in contact with them himself.

Some of best watch dealers I’ve delt with
Had dealings with a lot of watch shops over the years (building my Rolex collection ) , I can safely say Dino & George are some of the best watch dealers I’ve delt with , no bull sh#t just straight answers , they sent it out that day and I received it before 12pm the next day . I had a little issue with the box but sent pictures to George and with in seconds , a text back saying will get a new one sent out . I’ve already left them some watches to keep there eyes open for . Will buy from these guys before anyone else , top lads
