Great Filing Box

Great Filing Box - just what I wanted for my son's first taste of keeping all his stuff safe in one place. Arrived on time and in good condition. Note the box did not contain files but as we have tons that was fine but if you do need files in it check the spec I am sure some do.

Ordered Saturday shipped Tuesday even …

Ordered Saturday shipped Tuesday even though the website says same day dispatch before 2pm. I was never sent an acknowledgement of the order or an invoice so all I have is the dispatch note. Apart from that they did ship Tuesday and I received it Wednesday but disappointing experience

A good product at a competitive price

A good product at a competitive price. My only slight quibble is that, despite being ordered by the specified deadline, I didn't receive next-day delivery. This was not ideal, but since it was a free service it was not too big of an issue. Follow-up tracking support from the company via phone was very good.

Great transaction , but delivery was a bit slow, I guess it depends how quickly you want/need your stuff

The order for a printer was accepted …

The order for a printer was accepted and my card debited but they were unable to locate the despatch. The website continues to show the printer being available ex stock but at a higher price. Blame is being placed upon FedEx for the loss, a replacement will be sent in 7 days? Where is my printer?

Very quick dispatch

Very quick dispatch, and good service. Bought item on Sunday evening and it already arrived on Tuesday with their free delivery, much better service than Amazon or most other web shops.

First experience rating

I did use Office Nerd services for the first time: what could be improved is the communication between employees and customers (in any forms).
Also, I would point out that the info on the website was wrong, therefore
some more ground for (easy) improvement is there.

Nevertheless, I am giving four stars as I am very pleased with the product

Go green!

I knew product, which was delivered quickly. However on star off for big overpacking and waste of packaging. The box could have taken at least four or five of the same product. Get green, nerds!!

Despatched promptly and arrived next …

Despatched promptly and arrived next day, but not the product advertised.
Was sent 100gsm paper instead of 120gsm which is what I ordered.
Called to let OfficeNerd know.
Was told I would be called back but noone called.
