Excellent customer service
I'm really pleased with the items we purchased (desk, drawers etc). They're sturdy and look great. The only reason I've 'dropped' a star is because we did encounter problems with the delivery (not arriving the day it was due, then wrong parts being delivered the next day and another delivery having to be scheduled). However, I have to say it's one of the best customer service teams I've dealt with. Very proactive in getting problems resolved and good communication. I'd certainly use them again.

Missing part - handled very well
The courier had not delivered part of the desk i had ordered. But after a couple emails with laura, she sorted it quickly and professionally. I receieved the missing panel just a few days later.

Poor web and live chat information
Before I placed my order I asked on the live chat on stock and delivery date both live chat and web page said I would get it the next day. Chased it up today and now told 3-5 working days. Not very happy. Pointless

I ordered Swarfega HeaA Monster who looks after their customers
I ordered Swarfega Heavy Duty Hand Cleaner from Office Monster. Product descriptions was clear and informative and I was very pleased with the price with postage.
The courier was DPD, a very reliable one in my experience. So, when there was no sign of my delivery (next working day shipping) I got in contact and was blown away by the customer service provided. Not only did they explain why there was a delay - no one was in to receive it - they got back to notify me what day and time my delivery slot would be on the day it was happening. They also emailed to let me know it had been delivered and to ask it the item was intact and everything was ok.
The product was placed in a plastic bag incase of breakage and leakage which was then put in a cardboard box with packing paper and 'CAUTION tape to seal.
I'm impressed and will definitely be ordering from here again.
