Bought a blackberry cradle and it BLEW UP the second time of using it. Tried contacting the company 4 occasions and have had no reply as of yet. Now taking them to te trading standards ofice for selling dangerous products that may harm. I was lucky my three year old was nowhere near the plug at the time!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

I ordered my Apple headset with the remote for my new iPhone. It was half price and just as desribed. It arrived the very next day also. Cannot fault this website.

Bought some speakers. Remote was faulty on arrival. Company would not cover the cost (£20) of returning the faulty product. Communication generally very poor.

All of the positive reviews about this company are bogus (check the user history), and there is an association between this company and datakits.co.uk that has a very poor record of customer satisfaction.

I know this association to be true because:
1) When I returned the package it was signed for by Datakits
2) Their website is registered to the trading address of Datakits
3) Look at the review from "mat pearce" below - you'll see his only other review is of Datakits.

Suspicious? I think so.

I'd stick to Amazon.

IPod dock was best price on internet and was delivered swiftly. Manufacturer's packaging did not make it obvious that this was the latest model, but my query was dealt with promptly and reassured me that I had received the correct docking station.

Ordered I Pod dock to use in the car. Web site stated it would charge my Pod, it did not. No response from web site or from recorded delivery letter. Avoid.

Excellent prices on iPhone accessories and they delivered my speakers within 2 days. Cannot fault and will be back for sure.

Recieved wrong item. Initially no response to returns request (online)and no answer on phone. Eventually received replacement (correct) item. But had to pay for return post.

The item was cheaper than anywhere else on-line , the customer service on answering e-mails was spot on, the item was packaged great. Delivery was prompt. 5 stars is not enough, these guys are the best, deal with confidence. Dave

I came across oddsandpods last week when hunting for a jawbone headset. I liked the look of this site so gave them a try. They were helpful when I emailed asking for advice and delivery times. The headset arrived after 2 days as promised. Overall I'm very happy with the service and I saved a few pounds too.

I ordered a set of CX300-II headphones from Oddsandpods as they were the cheapest. I usually use Amazon but I thought I would give them a go as it was only £14.

They arrived the next day after I placed my order at midday on a Thursday. I cant praise this company highly enough really. I thought that these would take about a week to arrive as they were so cheap. They are original items too I can confirm t to anyone that is worried at buying these at this low price.
