Cheap shrink wrap for the batteries, waited 2 weeks for em to show up only to have one tear all. Also a bit too long for 27000's

As a shop worker for 6 years now, I have come across countless battery wraps of different designs, materials, etc. Not only is the customer service and product selection great, but the quality is 10/10. Big thanks to ODB for keeping it solid!

Only thing, maybe a sticker to say if 21700 or 20700 as it’s very hard to tell which is which without opening then.. excellent service and product though 👌

Not a very good quality wrap compared to standard. Great designs but tore straight away out of a charger similar problem with last lot I had.

Having had some issues receiving my first order from ODB I have to say it hasn't put me off purchasing wraps from them again at all. When the issue started I emailed Tyler and she got back to me promptly to apologise and see what she could do, after a few emails back and forth Chris decided to call me to resolve the issue which in my book is a massive plus!. Customer care from these guys in my experiance Is excellent, considering it's just the pair of them running and ever growing business can't fault them. So thankyou.
