I took it along to Obsequio earlier this week half expecting it to be written off but Ricardo stripped it, identified the problem, had the necessary spare parts in stock, fitted them and then tested my regs all while I waited. Really brilliant service for which I'm very grateful.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Obsequio, and I am delighted to share my positive experience with everyone. As an avid diver, the proper maintenance and prompt repairs of my diving equipment are of utmost importance to me. When I encountered a damaged 1st stage and cylinder valve on a Friday, I was concerned about the impact it would have on my weekend diving plans.
Fortunately, I decided to drop my equipment off to Christian at Obsequio, who assured me that he would do everything possible to repair my gear promptly.

I never give anyone 5 stars in a review. This time I am as Obsequio did a great job servicing my Halcyon wing and high end Scubapro regs and testing an out-of-test cylinder. In addition Christian found a buyer for an unwanted out-of-test 15L and lent me a cylinder for a diving weekend. Over and above expected service.
